placed a new order for the correct item on 4/26/16.  I have processed a 50% discount on his account for the new order.   Please allow 1-2 days for the credit to appear back to his Visa credit card.    I have also verified with our shipping company, EFW that they will be contacting [redacted] sometime today to schedule a return pickup for the second replacement. Once the return is received we will process a full refund for the item.  Please allow 3-5 days for the credit to appear on his credit card. Upon reviewing her order details, I confirmed this order was cancelled. Due to the cancellation, the payment has been voided, therefore, the guest wasn't charged for this order. Our guest may see an authorization hold on her account, which should fall off within a few days after the cancellation. If the guest was changed for this cancelled order, she must contact his bank to dispute the charge.
I know our guest spent valuable time attempting to resolve her issue and as a result, she's requesting compensation for her time. Sadly, Target isn't able to compensate for time, but the guest was provided with a $20.00 eGiftCard on 02/20/2016 for the inconvenience of this entire order experience.

I recognize the photo of the item is a rosie pinkish color, which explains the confusion. Even though, we’re unable to provide our guest with the rosie colored lamp that she saw in the picture, I want to thank her for taking the time to share her experience.As a result, we’ve contacted our Online Image Team and asked them to review the photo. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11528349, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was very unsatisfied with how Target handles this situation prior to me contacting the Revdex.com. In addition, although things were handled much more professionally after contacting Revdex.com, the solution was to re-order the shipment that had been lost. It was re-ordered by the person assigned to assist me, Dorothy (from the Executive Offices) on 6/29/16 however today 7/5/16 (6 days later) I was contacted that it is on back-order. Just about another week as been lost (this situation started on 5/21/16 when I first ordered the patio set) and now I am starting over. I could have ordered something else from somewhere else and possibly already have it or have it within the next few days.

This is why the store provided her with only a 6 pack of washcloths along with the same 6 pack of washcloths that was delivered to her.   There are times where a small number of items on Target.com may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. Although we make a conscientious effort to accurately describe and display products and services on the site, if we find an inaccuracy of any sort, we have the right to cancel any associated order. I am rejecting this response because:Target.com is the only company I have encountered where a first attempt to charge a card results in a cancellation.  This is especially disappointing when a customer has the funds to pay for the item.  In today's world, a consumer must be overly protective against identity theft.  Therefore, my credit card company flagged this purchase initally as fraud. Within minutes I approved the purchase and within the hour I called Target customer service.  This should have been a priority to fix this issue for all customers who called in ( I was not the only one). I was given that assurance when I first spoke with customer service.Now, if my order was cancelled along with others, what did you do with the orders that did not go through?

I have read the response from  Target that I can simply reorder the item in question however they do not indicate to the Revdex.com that if I choose to do that, I will be billed for shipping. My original order for the 3 products met the dollar value needed to receive free shipping. If I would now reorder the one product that they canceled, their answer is that I can have it sent "directly to my home address".  Wow and then they would charge me for shipping. I am asking the Revdex.com to close this complaint as I am choosing to order this item from Walmart. I wish Target all of the success they deserve going forward but I will never again be their customer. They obviously do not understand their own rules for the customer when placing orders or they just like charging for shipping.I do not wish to waste anymore of my time or the Revdex.com time on this issue but I do appreciate the Revdex.com time trying to get Targets ear. Thank you
