Thanks so much for contacting Target on behalf of [redacted] I can only imagine how upsetting it must’ve been when her order didn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date of November 30th ***’s package was delivered on December 1st to her mailbox by her local post officeIf she would like to be refunded, the items will have to be returned to Target.com or her local Target store An estimated delivery date is a day given by the shipping carrier that they calculate based on the size of package and distanceUnfortunately, they can’t predict their influx of deliveries which is why they can only give an estimated date of deliveryI’m truly sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused her Once an order is submitted, we only have a short window to successfully cancel an orderAfter the cancellation window, we’re only able to request for our fulfillment center to cancel, however, sometimes they don’t get to the request until after the order has already shippedWith her order, the cancellation was requested, however it wasn’t successful and her order still shipped I’ve followed up with the team member’s leadership team that she spoke with to look into all communication further and provide further coaching As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-#### Jenna Target.com Executive Offices www.target.com

I am rejecting this response because : what target return policy has expire? please keep this complaint in records so buyers can be aware that the extra year the sell person do not cover what they say it does and that to be very careful when purchase item without getting what is covered wrote down and sign by a store manager because that extra warranty they sell is a piece of junk and customer be aware of target warranty that they have your sell person sell you that they will not stand bywill never purchase another item from this store that requires protectionKEEP THIS COMPLAINT ON FILE ABOUT TARGET

I am rejecting this response because:Target states: "I’ve issued a refund in the amount of $Since the order was paid with PayPal the refund will be issued in a form of an eGiftCardDue to the fact that our guest haven’t received her shipment I’m requesting that the refund is issued back to PayPal and we’ll closed the eGiftCard."That is outrageous! I received the email gift card for $with the message: "For your understanding" which makes it sound like a goodwill gesture for the trouble, and a separate email stating that I would receive a refundNow they are saying in the Revdex.com message that they are cancelling the gift card and I will receive a refund via PayPalThere is way too much doublespeak and it's unprofessional to issue a gift card and then take it back! I will never order online from them again

I am rejecting this response because: This is a classic case of bait-and-switchLimited stock was made available to stores, online purchasing was turned off, store stock trackers (which are usually quite accurate) were set to "Limited Stock, Visit Store to Purchase." As soon as the sale ended, the iPad was *immediately [redacted] available to order online at full priceThe sad part is that this is the 2nd time Target has done it to me - they did the same thing 2-years ago with the iPad Air I had to go to stores (all of which said "Limited Stock, Visit Store to Purchase," before finding one with stock And thanks to Apple's strategy of packaging all varieties of iPads almost identically, it's of no use calling - employees won't usually know the difference between the various models/colors/sizes/capacities of iPads I have no use for the $gift code - you may invalidate it
