I am rejecting this response because:The statement that I received a $30 gift card because of Target's error is not accurate. That gift card was not given to me, it was actually charged to my credit card at the time that I placed the order for the chairs in question. The gift card had absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that Target had a "technical error" which did not allow them to process my return. I called many times and spoke to many representatives who were dishonest, not helpful, hung up on me and were completely rude and did NOTHING to help me solve this issue. The fact that I had to file a claim with the Revdex.com in order to get the money that is owed to me is ridiculous. I am not asking Target for a loan, I am asking them to compensate ME for the loan I supplied THEM starting on February 15th, when they received back the last of the 4 chairs that I purchased. Additionally, the third chair, returned on tracking number [redacted], received on 2/4/15 by Eric [redacted] has not yet seen my $20 shipping fee returned to me. This is why I am requesting $178.35, NOT $138.35. I will not consider this issue resolved until $178.35 is returned to my credit card and I receive an apology in writing for the way I have been treated by Target Corporation.

The first refund with her Target Debit Card failed so I had to reprocess her refund of $4.52. She should receive it within 7-10 business days back to her Target REDcard. get help she feels that the team member wasn’t familiar with the situation and wasn’t helpful. The guest service experience she described isn’t part of our guest service philosophy, and I’ll personally follow up with our team members as well as their leaders to ensure they’re familiar with the processes and policies Target has in place. Target recently changed our ordering platform so I’m not sure if that caused the issued. When guests have a Target.com account our system automatically saves the payment method to their account. As a result it saves them time on checking out. It’s possible that the default payment method may have been expired which is why she encountered the error. However, she has removed all the payment methods so I’m unable to confirm this or not. Our team members attempt to help our guest’s trouble shoot online shopping issues. The typical steps are to clear browsing data and also try a different browser. Since the guest had already done those steps the next step would’ve been to try to enter in the payment method again on the order, hence why she may have been asked for that information. Target is also a PCI compliant company and takes our data security very seriously. I’ve requested that our technical team pull the back end data to determine what was causing the error, but with the payment methods being removed they may not be able to find anything. I'm sorry to hear that our guest didn't receive the 10% Target GiftCards promotion. This event was only for one day on 11/28/2014 from 6am - Noon PST. I've reviewed her...
order an hour after the promotion had ended. As a result the discount wasn't applied to her order because it didn't qualify.
This particular promotion was extremely popular and many card designs sold out quickly. To ensure that our guests received their orders as quickly as possible our fulfillment team did substitute card images for similar ones if they were available.
Please keep in mind that the Target REDcard doesn't extend the 5% discount on Target GiftCard purchases which is why she didn't see that discount.
I understand that the GiftCards arrived late and weren't what she was expecting. Since it is a year past her order being submitted I'm unable to credit her original payment method due to system limitations. However, I've requested a Target GiftCard be sent to her email address for the difference she requested.
In their current form eGiftCards can only be used on Target.com unless saved to a Target.com account which will generate a 2D barcode that the stores can scan. I know I'm not able to change what she's already experienced, but I have confidence that if she uses the eGiftCard toward a new order she'll have a much better Target.com experience.

I confirmed there was a technical glitch which caused the eGiftCard to get stuck. I've reprocessed the eGiftCard and confirmed it went through. The guest should have received an email indicating that an eGiftCard is on the way.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand Target's return policy of 120 days. I do not want to "return" the item in the sense that I am unhappy with its color, appearance, etc. The product is defective. This is a quality issue. I was sold a product that does not work and I am asking for a refund. Dressers are not meant to last for four months/120 days. We purchased the dresser for our baby who was born in mid-October, which is when we began to use the dresser. In December, one of the drawers began to fall out of its track on a regular basis. It will no longer stay in the track. The dresser is not functional, as it is missing a drawer and the other drawers are exposed.I've contacted the manufacturer, Storkcraft, and they shared they could send replacement parts. Unfortunately, none of the parts are broken. The track on the drawer and on the inside of the dresser are both intact. The drawer simply will not stay on the track. It appears that the dresser has shifted or expanded and it no longer fits together the way it was designed. Storkcraft also shared that since I exchanged money with Target, Target is responsible for the refund.
I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from "Nancy" associated with Target regarding my submission of a complaint to the Revdex.com. This was forwarded to the Revdex.com for review. I did not submit a notice to the Revdex.com because of "frustration and inconvenience" and I resent those assumptions as outlined by Nancy. My complaint states that the Target ad listed a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge for sale at Target stores and through Target.com. The Target store informed me that the item listed for sale was not available because Samsung does not sell "unlocked phones" I felt this to be a lie as another store (Best Buy) had the same item for sale. I never requested a price match. In addition, the phone was not available through Target.com . This complaint to the Revdex.com was registered simply because Target has engaged in false advertising for a product that is not available through the Target stores or through Target.com. The listing at the Target web site was an inferior and different phone than the one listed and pictured in the advertisement. I believe Target should be reprimanded for their intentional misleading ad and promotions. The response from Nancy did admit that the item was not available through the Target store but does not acknowledge that it was unavailable through Target.com . Hence, this is untruthful and deceptive advertising. I tried to resolve the concern through the Target chat option but this went by way of a"have a nice day" response.

Per our website, we clearly state that when purchasing items as part of a multiple item promotion (such as Buy an Item get an Item Free), the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item and then applied to each item in the order proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item. All items must be returned for a full refund.In Mr. [redacted]’s case, the amount of the game, which is $99.99, was proportionally applied as a discount to each item in the order. The Xbox One 2TB Console, which shipped and invoiced for Mr. [redacted], was discounted $79.99 and the remaining discount amount of $20 was applied to the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition game.I completely realize how disappointing it is for Mr. [redacted] that the Forza Horizon 3 game has not shipped yet.
