to match the price of her original order and they were able to help her with Target.com account concerns.  I’m so glad to see that our team member was able to help her with her concerns.I’m so sorry that she was made to feel that she wasn’t taken seriously when she called in to discuss this issue.  I certainly understand her concerns and I want to assure her that guest security is a top concern for Target.com and we are in the process of correcting this issue.  It is a known issue that has affected very few orders.  In the meantime, I’ve taken the additional step to submit her order information to team that will take a look and see what has happened.  I will also share her comments and experience directly with our Senior Leadership Team.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I thank you for your response, even though another order was placed on 12/26/17 it seems that it is going the same direction as with the previous order.  I have not even received any email about the package being shipped and it is supposed to be ready to be picked up tomorrow and there has not been any changes on the order since 12/27/17, I have been checking online everyday and I must say I am very displeased with the way how the situation was handled. Although a discount was given was given based off the price you currently had online and not based on the price that I paid on the previous order.   Can you track the package and guarantee that it was indeed shipped already? I have continue having communication with Joe at the store where it is supposed to be shipped to and nothing has come in as of  yet? Will the item arrive?  I had never had such a bad experience and the fact that Christmas was ruined for my daughter and she still has not received her present is very sad.

This is a clear scripted response that does not intend on rectifying the situation or making up for the inconvenience I, the consumer, has experienced. The Supervisor's behavior was abhorrent, and based on Target's weak response and I can foretell that kind of unacceptable behavior from Target will continue. Target has now way of proving that authorizations "fell" of my banking statement as they have no access to said statement. If there were small claims case filed against Target for those charges then I would be able to prove in court that those authorizations were upheld with my bank resulting in the overdraft fees. Once again, I am rejecting Target's very vain and apathetic. response.

I am rejecting this response because: Fed Ex never delivered my package. I have a voice mail message saying that they were unable to find and retrieve the package. It was never delivered so this response is a lie. I am the one who went up and down my block trying to figure out where my package was and took to social media to find it myself. I had to find it! Fed Ex did NOT! It was NEVER delivered by Fed Ex so whoever told you that was not honest. I told Fed Ex not to contact me anymore because they had closed the case as missing. After many attempt to let target know this I am completely done with ever shopping with this company again. Target has very bad business and customer service practices. If I were president of this company I would be outraged by the lies told and how many unhappy customers walk away. Sending me a $5 gift card is a ridiculous way to make up for what I have had to do in order to find my own package from my neighbors. Maybe you better check again with Fed Ex and ask to speak specifically to whomever said they delivered it because they did not. A customer should never have to walk up and down their street asking their neighbors if a package was delivered to them by mistake nor should they have to publicly post on social media, this was a job for target and Fed Ex.

I am rejecting this response because:
At least now I have an actual response.  I purchased an item and was sent the wrong one.  Rather than fight for a return, I allowed the seller to send a replacement.  After repeated delays, I purchased the item again from a different merchant.  Then I took the replacement back to Target.  And now it appears, the seller used a stolen card to fund the replacement.  Or didn't and simply filed a fraudulent dispute.  In any case, Target has the merchandise and the thief has my money.  In addition, Target has all of the time I spent trying to get the courtesy of a response.  That's the real problem here.  I can understand the actions Target took, even though they protect the company at my expense.  What I can't understand is why nobody in the organization could provide me with this answer before I filed a Revdex.com complaint.  Call after call, no response.  All I received is misdirection, direct lies and stalling.  I was treated like a criminal I suppose.  I was treated like I was in on the scam, not a victim of it.The money that the thief, and now Target, took is immaterial to me.  But the lack of courtesy and the disrespectful treatment is not.  I realize nobody at Target actually cares, but the time it takes me to write this is a small fraction of the time I've already invested.  I've now been stolen from twice.  And that's not counting the time you allowed your IT department to divulge my personal information during an easily preventable hack.Shame on you.

I've worked in retail for years,  including phone centers, again I was not notified of a problem,  and it takes one person to do the right thing and contact a buyer or a system programmer to fix the issue,  target repeatedly fails to provide an a answer as to 1 - why wasn't I notified and 2 - why their system is so horrid that they can't fix a simple customer service issue,  because I'm sure I'm not an isolated case.. I want a fix,  not excuses

situation. Shipping restrictions are found on all item description pages on Target.com under the tab ‘shipping & returns’. Items that aren’t eligible to ship to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses will be marked as such in the shipping details. Many items on Target.com are unable to ship to PO Boxes.As mentioned by another team member, Ms. [redacted] could rely on her family to purchase her desired products within the US by using the GiftCards and then ship it to her themselves. Alternately, if Ms. [redacted]’s family would be willing to send her a Visa, Mastercard or American Express financial product, Ms. [redacted] could then use that form of payment on the Target international website and place her order directly to her physical address in Germany. Physical Target GiftCards can be returned in store with a receipt if unused. If Ms. [redacted]’s mother has a receipt, she may be able to return the GiftCards for a refund and purchase a Visa, Mastercard or American Express financial product instead. busy Holiday season.  Target works hard to make sure we have the products our guests wants.  Sometimes sales of a particular item exceed our expectations, even when our buyers do their best to anticipate inventory.I understand that because the item wasn't available to ship, she tried to order it for in-store pickup since her store showed they had the item in stock.  Our buy online pick up in store feature has quantity thresholds that differ by each item; when an item goes below its set threshold, the pickup in store option will not be available for that item.  This is set up so that the stores will have merchandise available for guests who to choose to shop in our stores.  This is also why she was unable to place an in store order for the item, since there was only one left.  When she went to the store, she was further disappointed because they wouldn't match the lower price of $79.99 that Target.com was selling the item for.  The reason she wasn’t allowed to price match Target.com is because price matches and adjustments are not allowed from Thanksgiving Day through the end of the following week (11/24/2016-12/03/2016), whether offered by Target or a competitor.  Our complete Price Match Policy and its exclusions can be viewed by using this link:  http://help.target.com/help/subcategoryarticle?childcat=Price+Match+Guarantee&am... I am rejecting this response because: the Target representative is lying about the carrier not being eligible. If you look at the attachment with the in-store ad, then you will that the carrier AT&T was included in the $200 Target gift card promo that they have denied me. I am requesting the promised gift card amount and an additional $100 gift card due to all the time I have had to give up in order to address their error. I am extremely irate that when I contacted Amy from Tarfet, that she not only refused to assist me, she also refused to provide me her last name for further assistance. When I advised her that she was not honoring the promotion nor addressing my dispute she hung up on me. I have sent an email to the CEO of Target ([redacted]) as well in regards to this matter. When I advised to Amy that I was going to escalate the dispute and send the email she said she would get the case from the CEO and just provide me the same answer.
