Thanks for contacting Target.com on behalf of our guest *** ***. I can only imagine the disappointment she felt when she realized the wrong address was entered on her order. I understand that she called for help an hour after the order was placed, and was upset that she wasn’t able
to modify the address or cancel her order. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused her. Once an order is placed, it starts to process almost immediately. There is typically only a minute window of time after an order is placed that our team members are able to modify it. I see that one of our team members followed through on their suggestion to watch the order and try to intercept it. Unfortunately, the order was sent in a manner that UPS was not able to modify the order on their endI did speak with *** about her experience the other day. As a onetime courtesy, I processed a refund for her order. I also offered to match the prices on a new order. I understand that she remains upset because she wanted additional compensation or to have a new order with free expedited shipping. At this time, she has been provided a refund and two courtesy GiftCards to invite her back for a better experience that total $57.48. I’m unable to provide any additional compensation for this matterI would like to thank her for sharing her comments and suggestions on improvement with me. Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest *** ***.On 12/23, Mr*** provided us with a copy of the Order Confirmation Summary that he received from Target.comThe links in the email clearly show that the product Mr*** ordered is model D60-D3, although in the product is incorrectly titled in the email as E60-C3. When I called UPS on September 5th they advised me that they had no tracking information available and offered to start an internal investigation for a lost packageUpon looking up tracking information today, they were able to locate her package and have the socks delivered on September 7th so her package has been recovered and delivered The team member that she chatted with previously noted that the system didn’t give him the option to cancel her order but to only request for a cancellation which again, isn’t a guaranteed processOur teams are currently engaged in working on a more convenient process for making changes to an order before and during the shipping processIn the meantime, our team members try their best to work around the limitations so I apologize they were unable to cancel her order or change the shipping method As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####. I understand that you attempted to purchase the Motorola MBP36S Baby Monitor at our Rockaway Target storeBecause this item was out of stock, you traveled to our Riverdale Target store, only to find that the item was priced significantly higher
The difference in price between the two stores is due to the item being marked down to clearance at our Rockaway Target storeAn item may be discontinued at one Target store, but still be available at full price at other Target storesThere are many factors that determine this type of decision such as product sales and marketing decisions

I am rejecting this response because:TracFone told me to return the phone to Target... The phone is under a one year warranty...As it was explained to me by TracFone... Hi Jenna, I appreciate you processing a refund for the wrong towel setThat being said, if I were to order the towel set I originally ordered, it's more expensive now since the 30% off promotion is overFrom my perspective, I jumped through all these hoops, spoke with two customer service reps, chatted with online rep, had to escalate it to Revdex.com...to receive a refund for the wrong towel set and I am still out of the towel set I ordered to being with. If it were to happen at Amazon, I would have had a minute chat with a rep, would have sent them a picture of the wrong item, they would have sent me correct item and that would be the end of it
