I am rejecting this response because:I understand that Target doesn't have access to the card usage. That's why I contacted eBay. eBay performed an investigation and found that the CARDS WERE USED BEFORE I RECEIVED THE EMAILS. My email was not compromised -- the cards were used before I received them. Here's a direct quote from eBay:"I can verify that these cards were used prior to you receiving them in emails and so you may want to bring that up when you contact them as well to see if they have any additional options."Target is correct that the amount was $807.50, not $
