The point of ordering online it to have my product DELIVEREDNot to have to drive to Grand Rapids. I let your staff know that I work full time and am not able to answer my cell phone during business hours, as I am a professional, and let them know when I was available to speak to. I did NOT get myorder expedited as my email was never returned, as stated it would be

I am rejecting this response because: The product was already shipped back prior to receiving the businesses response, spoke to customer service agent who could have cared less about my situation but was somehow able to process a return, but I have yet to see the funds back into my account, standard timeframe for this is 2-business days and we are well past thisI am extremely upset with how much effort on my part this has taken especially around the holidayTarget has to do better than what they are offering

The google ad links directly to the Target.com item that states: “Model Compatibility: Nintendo Wii U” which is a different model from the Nintendo Classic Wii she states she was purchasing the card for. Our return details state, “This item cannot be returned; please reference our return policy for more information.” I understand and apologize for the disappointment, but I will not be able to provide a refund for her purchase since this item cannot be returned.She should continue to work through the dispute option that she has filed with her bank. I do appreciate the apology but this has not resolved the issue at allI was unable to receive the sale price, I was unable to get the Buy Get promotion, and the LOD who was rude has had no disciplinary actionTaken against himSo I wouldn't consider this resolved, especially now that I've had to invest time into getting something done that should have been done in store

Unfortunately, Target was unable to extend the price match because of the promotional Target GiftCardItems with GiftCard offers, whether offered by Target or another retailer, are a part of the Price Match Guarantee exclusionsThis information can be found in our site under the "What are the Price Match Guarantee exclusions?" section
When an item comes with a promotional GiftCard Target has to assign a value to that GiftCard because GiftCards don't have a value until they are purchasedSo Target reduces the value of the qualifying item in order to put that value on the GiftCardSince the item and GiftCard are shipped separately she may have seen two charges on your payment methodHowever, they both add up to the value of the qualifying item
So she should've seen a charge for $for the Apple Watch and $for the Target GiftCardBoth amounts total her grand total of $
When an item comes with a promotional GiftCard both items need to be returned in order for a full refund to be issuedThe reason the store wasn't able to provide a full refund is that they can only refund physical GiftCardsThey need physical merchandise to return and process, which can't be done with either an eGiftCard or Mobile GiftCardTarget.com would've been able to deactivate the eGiftCard and issue a refund to your MasterCard as long as the eGiftCard had a full balance
I realize she didn't have the best experience at the store which is why I've requested a refund to her PayPal account for the value of the Target GiftCardShe should see the credit post to her account within 1-business days
