Although the Chandler Target store confirmed they had stock of the 7th Generation Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent our website may not have updated to show we had inventory for "buy online pickup in store orders"; I'm sorry

As I discussed with Target Exec office about this response, I cannot make online order so I had to come to store on 7/last Wed to purchase the laundry bottlesSo I attached my receipt with the email to Target Exec officeBut they refused to honor the promotion of my purchase because they said, 'target online and target store is different systemThough my promotion is 'make an online purchase but pick up in store'They cannot adjust my orderI replied: I spent over hours contacting Target customer services for times plus claiming in Revdex.comBut at the end, nothing can be done? Then Target replied 'Target is not going to reimburse any time!!!

I am rejecting this response because: they cancelled my order without my consent and now do not have a solution for me because the watches aren't even available for orderI put in a new order because the person that called me from head quarters told me toThe gift cards are courtesies for the mistake that they made! I didn't even want the gift cards I just wanted the watch on timeEven though there is a delay with receiving inventory from the manufacturer target cancelled my order creating the entire problemThey continue to say that they did not cancel my order but if you listen to the recording of the conversation you can hear the customer service agent making the mistake of cNcelling my orderNow the watch is delayed againI originally ordered the watch on the 9th of September and was told to reorder it on the 17thI want a better solution because all target is doing is trying to clean their hands of the problem and make it seem like they are not at fault in any way (which they are)Cancelling my order was a huge mistake on their part and since they don't know how to fix it and don't have a solution to my problem they are trying to get away with it by saying they gave me gift cards totaling $They can have them backI jut want my watch to come in on time (as if I had placed it on the 9th) because that it when I placed the orderAnd this point I am extremely upset with target and am requesting a solution to the problem and not excuses

assured, making purchases on Target.com is very secureWe don't share or store her GiftCard information with anyoneTo ensure that no one is able to access her Target.com account, I've gone ahead and sent her a reset password linkThe link will expire within hoursAlso, it's a good idea to use unique user names and passwords on each website where our guests create an account
When a GiftCard is used in stores two pieces of information are needed for redemption: the GiftCard number and the access numberFor security reasons the only place the access number is located is on the actual card or in this case the eGiftCardeGiftCards are actually more secure than physical cards because eGiftCards are sent directly to our guestNo one else has access to that informationTarget doesn't keep a list of the access numbers with the corresponding GiftCard numbersSo if our guest believes her GiftCard was used without her permission she'll want to contact her local law enforcement office and file a report of theft
Target considers GiftCards to be cash so only cards with a remaining balance can be replacedHer GiftCard has been fully redeemed so Target won't be replacing the card

I accept that this response was much more professional than the one I received over the telephoneHad this been the original response the customer service agent provided, I would have been much more likely to accept their policy without complaintI understand their no replacement policy as it is possible my personal accounts were hacked and not their corporate informationHowever, the fact remains that my eGiftCard was used without my knowledgeNo one else has access to my email or Target accountsExcept for this issue with Target, I have never had any issue with or indication that my email account has been fraudulently accessedYet, somehow my Target eGiftCard was stolenI find the fact provided by the customer service representative that my gift card was used along with many others in the physical store in CA (I reside in KY) is interestingIn addition, the Target representative told me it was not used in connection with any Target mobile accountShe could not explain to me how it was used without being loaded to any mobile account as the original email delivery of the gift card stated it could only be used in store if loaded to a Target mobile accountI find that suspiciousFurthermore, in reference to Target's Revdex.com response, my complaint did not question the security of purchases made on their websiteI am happy to reset my Target.com passwordHowever, The eGiftCard was not even accessible thru my Target.com accountI only question the security of their eGIftCard informationThey state they do not keep a list of access numbers with corresponding GiftCard numbers, but what about email records? I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe Target and the respondent understand the situationI went into a Target store on June 12th because I needed a new TVTarget.com stated they had in inventory of the TV I wanted in the storeWe arrived minutes after checking, and the store had NONEThe employee said his inventory device said they had on hand alsoI then ordered that same TV at Target.com on June 13th, and it said my TV would arrive on June 16-24, it did not arrive until June 29thDAYSThe TV that arrived was damagedI called Target Guest Services and was told that I would be able to get a replacement in 3-business days, and MINUTES later after the call ended I received an email that the TV was BACKORDERED until August 12th-17thDo the math and I'm looking at 60-DAYSAt each step of this buying experience Target has misrepresented its stock on hand and delivery abilitiesWhile I have received a gift card, what I need is a TVNot promises of coaching your employeesI've been lied to several times now, and had to start correspondence via Revdex.com to finally get a response on my second instance of inventory issuesUnacceptable Target

After I originally filed this complaint, Target actually made the situation worse. They scheduled an appointment to deliver and install the product on Friday 6/from noon to 4pm. Throughout the day, I made several calls to Target and their installer (EFW) to check on the status. All of my calls went un-returned until 4pm. When they finally called back, they told me that they had to cancel my appointment and order a replacement treadmill. I wasted a whole day waiting on this company and even though they knew that they were unable to deliver in the morning (am) they never had the courtesy to let me know. Just when I thought the company was actually going to improve, they continued to fail. Now they are reporting that the replacement is expected on Aug 3--over a month from now! I find it hard to believe that Target is unable to expedite delivery to an earlier date!

After spending days and over hours on the phone with customer service to get our TV at the price that we purchased it- because Target did not want to give us the TV at the price that we purchased it, which with each phone call made we had to BEG for someone to help us and not hang up on usNot to mention the agitation and frustration that we had to go through with each phone call made with a minimum wait of min to get a hold of a basic level rep, following up with Target with an additional 3-hours throughout the week and dealing with an incompetent freight company which on the first time it held our package for days because they did not want to make the delivery of the broken tv and the second time it was to be delivered we had to demand for them to deliver with in the promised timeI think Target has fallen SHORT from its gift cards totaling We still believe that Target can come up with something better than that!

It took Target over months to get me a check for my gift cards when I was told that I would be able to get cash for them before going to the store on August 7thCashing out gift cards under $is required by California state law and this is also mentioned in their gift card policies but finding an employee that cared about the law or their own policy was very difficultSince August 7th I have been hung up on, banned the Target Facebook page, lied to, and called a criminal by a Target employeeTarget has rejected giving me interest for the involuntary loan that they forced me to give them for over two months and has not attempted to make up for the inconvenience in any wayI am definitely owed something for the time and energy I spent forcing Target to obey the law

I spoke with custmer service at target, spoke with an associate manager at the local Target store and asked to speak with the Store manager and was ashured they would be in contact with me. Neither customer service or the associate manager told me to simply return the item and make my purchase on Friday and I could take advantage of both deals if they feel I was confused on the advertising. I still feel that they were negligent in this matter and should do something to make it right even if it is after the promotion. I gave them plenty of opportunities and because of neglect they can now absolve themselves of responsibility is unfair and cold on the part of a very large institution. I still disagree with the marketing practice. I am still baffled that they caused a customer hours of grief because of their customer service, I had to correct my plan because the representative changed things unknowingly to make my bill almost twice as much for services not requested, refuse to call back a customer and then say read the fine print and we don't have to help you with your situation even if you asked us and reached out to us. I contacted them unhappy before the Black friday promotion and they had a solution to my complaint and refused to make me aware of it and could have fixed it. I feel they should still be held liable and grant the promotion. Thank You *** J ***

As I explained in the initial complaint, your compensation offer of $off orders over $is not only considerably less valuable than the free shipping advertised on your site - which I made use of, but almost equivalent to another offer running on your site at the same time this so called compensation was sent out (ILS off orders over ILS)In addition, I find this offer offensive since you clearly do not understand your consumers, specifically those ordering from Israel, for whom packages over $are heavily taxed - thus making both offers (the so called $0f $compensation and the "open to all" ILS off 400ILS) completely useless.In addition, Target has not given any answer to my complaint that this whole fiasco was effectively a "bait and switch" tactic to get consumers to fill a basket with goods they want and then cancel their orders and give them the "opportunity" to buy the same goods at a higher cost.I would like to see the Revdex.com investigate this more deeply since MANY consumers were harmed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I feel that they should have been honest the first time and should not have treated us with such disrespect but we did indeed receive the item just this week

Target refused to match the price at the time of purchaseThere are gift cards because they originally wouldn't even match the price confirmed by them after waiting on Target customer serviceStandard responses are don't read any of case/complaint, apologize, inset company jargon, maybe respond to part of complaintOn that note, this was not a holiday dealI don't feel like a guest

In looking at the attached receipt, the total showing was for $which included three boxes of diapers. The total charged on order ***was $56.70; the difference in the amount is due to being charged for two boxes of diapers and not for three as showing on the attached order acknowledgement. The amount of discount showing on the attached order acknowledgement is for the 5% REDcard discount and does not show a discount of 30% for a qualifying purchase.I’ve resent the $eGiftCard to the email address used on the order which is different from the one on this Revdex.com case.I understand that this has been a frustrating experience for him and I do apologize for that. At this time, I will not be able to apply any additional discounts to this order.
