Target.com orderTherefore, I can only imagine her frustration when she noticed the shipping chargesI understand she attempted to cancel your order moments after it was placedUnfortunately, only two items were cancelled successfully
I know she didn't expect to have any shipping charges applied to her order especially, since she had enough items to qualify for the free shipping promotionAfter reviewing her order details, I'm unable to locate shipping charges in the amount of $I have been able to confirm a shipping charge of $5.50; with that being said, I've provided a full refund back to your original form of payment in the amount of $to cover the shipping chargesPlease keep in mind, it can take 3-business days to receive the refund depending on the financial institution
I understand she prefers to have the missing four items shipped to her, but systemically we don't have the capability to add and/or ship new items on an existing order

I've attempted to contact Amy since she gave me her phone number This is unacceptable Because Amy got on the phone and I experienced what I experienced since August Now to be told I have to wait another 39days I contacted Amy today, after leaving two voice mails and no return call back but she responded to this complaint I was told I had to verify van numbers, the numbers on my sheets are gone , it's fased and some of the sheets are shredded Ultimately this has been a bad experience and I've spent to much money and not to mention I shop at Target often This isn't customer service !

Upon receipt of your contact, I reached out to our guest by phone to address his concern but there was no answer
I left a message with a direct phone number for him to call backI also sent a follow up email and provided him with a resolution
I've reached out to our carrier, EFW and was able to confirm that his shipment was delivered to the first door in front of the building on 02/17/at 10:AMAccording to EFW, because of the service level that was chosen "To the Door," the driver dropped off the shipment at the main entrance of the building on the first level if there is no rental office or lobby area available for delivery
I've asked our guest to double check with his rental office or the lobby concierge if applicableIf he still isn't able to find his shipment, I'll process a refund for him as a one-time courtesy
If our guest still wants the item, he's welcome to submit a new order online and choose "Inside the Door/White Glove" service level for the shipment to be delivered inside or to his apartment door

another birthday gift. I understand that he was expecting an Apple Watch because the description stated that it had the GPS feature which the original version doesn't have. The description of the watch is currently being updated and has been temporarily unpublished from our website.As stated in our Terms and Conditions, despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites. Because of this, Target reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. Because of this, I will not be able to compensate him the $difference in price between the two versions. all. Target.com is supposed to be able to accept a maximum of four Target GiftCards in combination with a third party credit/debit bank card, so the GiftCards didn't apply to ***'s previous order at checkout because of a system errorI forwarded the GiftCards Images that *** sent me, to our order research team for further assistance. Our order research team was able to access all of the four GiftCards and found two $and two $gift cardsA total of $worth of GiftCards applied to the lounger order as of today 05/22/A refund of $has been processed and will post back to her Target Debit Card within 10-business days.
