I am rejecting this response because:I still need clarification on Target's policy on their websiteIts good to know that they accepted they do price match local store "but only if this offer is in the local competitor's print ad." which is what has been denied by everyone I spoke, as all of Target's repsconfirmed their online doesn't price match stores.Now, I am rejecting this response from Target, as here the response clarifies that they match prited ad, where as on their website, they also mention following:"Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of ad on your mobile device for proof of price."Can Target explain what do they mean by 'show the online price", which is what I showed them - I showed them online the price of the item in the storeAlso, when I went to their local store, they also refused to price match walmart local store price, saying that their device doesnt show them walmart in store price, which I told them as how to see it but they refused. Since walmart has an option to display their local store price for an item, Target store Manager refused to even check that and price match, though I showed them the digital ad.Here is Targets policy where they say that we can show them digital ad[the price is shown on walmart site]Target.com We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item on Target.com, then find the identical item for less at Target, select online competitors, or in Target’s or a competitor’s local printed or digital ad -----------Can Target clarify as why their store also refused, when I was asked to go to the store to get walmart store price matched? So neither online nor store price matched walmart store price which was available on that day for $

A huge part of the problem is the fact that Target’s customer service is a cruel jokeMy frustration level in dealing with their customer service was extremely high(See the text of my original complaint.) By the way, this lack of effective customer service should be of great concern to the Revdex.com also. So, I want to know why the customer service is allowed to hang up on customersI want to know what Target is going to do about thisI want a representative from Target’s corporate office to contact me with a formal apology and I want Target to compensate me for the considerable amount of time and aggravation this problem has caused me(A $certificate is totally inadequate)

with the truck sizeHer original table was refused and returned to Target, however, a refund wasn’t issued because a previous team member processed a replacement Since she no longer wants the table I’ve reached out to EFW and had the replacement console table refused on her behalfI’ve issued a refund for the refused table and she should get triggered emails letting her know a return was started, as well as an email that confirms the refund was processedA refund of $was issued to her Visa and she should see the credit post to her account within 7-business daysPlease keep in mind that the specific time frame may vary based on her financial institution When items are shipped an estimated delivery date range is provided for each orderHer EDD was 7/- 7/so when she contacted Target it was still within that delivery date rangeThe specific delivery date information comes from the carrier, EFWWhen the carrier discovered that they couldn’t deliver her item on their large truck, they made every attempt to make other arrangements but the guest changed her mind before that could be done I’ll certainly follow up with our outbound shipping team as well as EFW to explore ways to prevent this from happening in the future As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####
