You CLEARLY missed the part of my email when I said I tried to place the order during the promotional period and your agents gave me the run aroundI chatted in daily for week and kept being told to email and would never get a replyPlease REREAD the initial complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
I was misled that the phones I purchased from Target.com were the models authorized to sell in the US by Samsung. Target did not state anywhere in the product descriptions that the year warranty would be provided by a third party, i.enot Samsung factory warrantyI have contacted the warranty provider and so far they have not responded with confirmation that my malfunction phone would be repaired

iTunes cards were activated successfullyThere didn't appear to be any issue with the sale and activation of the three cardsI also checked our refund system and did not find any refund attached to the purchase receiptI then followed up with the vendor, they show that all three iTunes cards were activated on 4/12/and are still activeI also followed up with our REDcard credit team, they show that the guest filed a dispute on 4/25/which they are currently researching. The adjustment by Target returns my total to what I authorizedThis is an acceptable remedy for me, although I would suggest them reaching out to their IT department to find out why prices are adjusting after the customer authorizes paymentI would be more than happy to help them with this by explaining what happened to their IT personnel

After further research it appears the original promotional eGiftCard was canceled because the email was
found invalidOften times the security settings of an email account will reject the eGiftCard emails since they require a higher security clearanceThree other eGiftCards were reissued to replace the original canceled order but all were canceled because of the same errorI have issued a $physical GiftCard that will be mailed to the shipping address
I have also issued a $refund back to their form of payment for the cost of the handling feeTarget offers free shipping on all purchases $or more but handling fees are for large items that require extra care

One note regarding the indication that the email problems were on my endThis seems unlikely to me as the very same email address that they said was rejected by their gift card system received both order confirmations and advertisements from TargetAs such, if there is an issue with the email address it is almost certainly a problem with the way that Target's email based gift card system is built
