The guest is asking to have the price of an item adjusted to the price it was weeks agoAccording to the guest he put the item into his cart but didn't actually submit the order for another weeksThe price has since gone up by centWe will typically adjust a price within days of that price changingweeks is well outside that time frameI offered to assist the guest with returning the wrong colored item for a refund or replacement but the guest declined that offerThe guest is requesting a discount on the itemI was unaware of him being sent an incorrect item until the he mentioned it during our phone conversationI saw no mention of this in his original complaint to the Revdex.comThe guest can return the item to any Target store for a refundTarget has no further resolution for the guest

I am rejecting this response because:
Target called me on Saturday 11/5/16. They asked for the numbers from the card used and wanted receipt from purchase made on 9/25/to investigate. I am not comfortable giving that information over the phone. Between the incidence on 9/25/and again this past week I have spent approxhours making phone calls to clear this up with MasterCard. The issuer was PayPal MasterCard they directed this directly to MasterCard security who both times linked the issue to Target and suggested I do not use this or any card with them in the future as the problem was linked to them. Target claims they have no way of doing this. The first time it took several days to clear this up and I was unable to use the card during this time. The second time caused embarrassment for both my husband and myself. This has not been settled because Target called on Saturday. I have been assured by PayPal and MasterCard that my account is in good standing. This MasterCard is linked to my personal checking account. I have been told by several people at MasterCard and PayPal that it is linked to Target having problems in their stores or system that is causing this. This did not come from just one person looking in to this

I got a target card I used it for getting stuff for my baby, who's now turning When I was hit by a car in 2004, at years old they refused to activate my disability insuranceYour corporate office kept requesting information which I submitted what I had from a psychiatrist and medical doctorThen I lost the card because I couldn't work and had no money to make the payments on my credit cardIt took years to get my disabilityI think their insurance is a big scamThey collect payments but refuse to let you use it when neededEvery collection agency, for years now, has sold my account to another collection agency and its frustrating to say the least! How can we resolve this issue, as I want to be in good standing with Target so my family can shop there again?
