9/1/16, with UPS tracking number ***. *** never received the item and contacted our office and a replacement microwave was processed on 9/1/16, which also shows delivered on 9/6/through UPS tracking number ***, contacted our office again, since she had not received the replacement microwave. This is definitely not the experience we want *** to have. I have processed a full refund to ***’s accountSince her order was paid for by both Target GiftCard and a Target Debit Card, a $Target eGiftCard will be sent to her email address and the remaining balance of $will be refunded back to her Target Debit Card. transaction, and could not identify any suspicious behaviors, card tampering, or a lack of card security prior to purchase. If the card was used without her consent, we believe the card information may have been shared directly or indirectly. We are unable to refund or replace this gift card. Target considers gift cards to be like cash and can only be replaced if there is a remaining balance. She has filed a police report and at this point Target will work directly with law enforcement.
