Thanks for keeping me updated on the status of this case for *** ***. I appreciate the additional information that she provided, as it gives me additional insight into some of the questions that remained after we were unable to continue our phone conversation. I understand that she is requesting to work with someone else on a resolution, however I’m the team member assigned to her case and will need to continue working on a solution for her.I apologize that she felt I was lecturing her when I was trying to explain the difference in cost between her two purchases and the promotions that were applied. Perhaps I over explained the reasons behind the prices and the issues with the order, and I’m sorry that she found offense in this. I understand that she is requesting to have an additional 15% applied to her recent order to match the discount she received in October. I'm unsure how else to explain the difference in cost and the discounts applied to her two orders without being very detailed. In reviewing her original purchase, the promotion code applied was for 10% and not 15%, off a bedding and bath purchase; the promotion code discount she received on her October order was $off of the duvet price of $79.99. The promotion code applied to her recent order was for $off a $bedding/bath purchase. One item cannot have two category promotional codes applied to it. The promotion code applied to her recent order of $is greater than applying the 10% promotional code from October, which would be a discount of $12.69. Her new order total is more than her previous order because the price of a comforter is more than a duvet. Because we're unable to stack category promotion codes on one item and the promotion code applied to her recent order is larger than the one applied to her previous order, I’m unable to apply the additional discount she is asking for. I recognize that this has been a frustrating experience for her and that my apologies will not completely eliminate them. While I’m not able to provide her the resolution she is looking for, I’d like to invite her back for a better experience and I’ve issued her a $Target electronic GiftCard. I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to their statements, I contacted Target for the first time on 7/27/ After the delivery window to find out information about when it may be delivered.Also no other arrangements for delivery were ever communicated with me.When I contacted them on 7/to ask about delivery, the only option that was offered to me was to cancel the order and reship it I was told they could not tell me when I would receive the original delivery or what the problem was.I said I didn't want it reshipped if it was going to take longer than another week or so which they also couldn't tell me, because they didn't know what the original problem was.I have shopped at Target stores for years and have loved doing business with them I am truly disappointed to have had this experience with their online site I will not do business with the site again I'm considering not doing business with the stores either I expect to be treated as if my patronage is not important by Comcast, but not Target. cancelled and the other items did ship. I understand how disappointing this must have been and I sincerely apologize for any frustration it caused her.Carol’s current GiftCard balance is $24.87; there is a hold in the amount of $pending a store pick-up. If the guest no longer wants these items, she can log into her Target.com account and cancel the pior the order will self-cancel after days if she doesn’t pick the order up. The guest placed another order on 09/25/with the GiftCard that her refund was applied toSince the order is still in a released status, I’m unable to cancel the GiftCard and refund her PayPal account I have reached out to the vendor of the Bladen Ottoman about her orders cancelling and they were able to advise me that they were having issues with orders for this specific item to process on their endThey also said that their technical issue should be resolved by the end of business day on Wednesday October 4th, so we’re hoping that her order will continue to process and ship If the vendor cancels her order, I’d be more than happy to deactivate her Target GiftCard and apply the refund to her PayPal account As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####. As explained under the ‘shipping & returns’ tab under the gift cards he purchased, these gift cards can’t be returned once they are purchasedSince the gift cards don’t have value until they are purchased, when his orders were placed, the guest was sent the codes with the value on themSince they are third party gift cards, there is no way for Target to deactivate the ones he purchased by mistake There is no technical issue with Target.com regarding orders duplicating or timing out after submitting an orderHowever, after every order that was placed, our system sent him an order confirmation email along with the email that included the electronic gift card he purchased and they were all delivered successfully to his email address add email He will have to follow up with iTunes and his bank to dispute the charges As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####. with the shipping carrier, the guest received misinformation from the team members that she spoke with and her delivery information was set up correctlyWhen an order is summited, our ordering system and the shipping carrier’s delivery system sets up the delivery automaticallyThe shipping was set up correctly, however the manufacture of the bed requests for a minimum of five business days to prepare the package before shipping which can cause a delay At this time, the shipping carrier doesn’t offer expedited shipping like the previous Target team member had offeredI’ve personally followed up with her to provide coaching and ensure that she is providing accurate information The guest choose to keep the replacement bed as is, so I sent her a $Target eGiftCardAnother Target team member also sent her a $Target eGiftCard to invite her back for a better experience I apologize but I’m unable to refund the guest for the bed. ServiceTarget.com contracted UPS to pick the item up from our fulfilment center, UPS then transported the guest’s order to the local post office for final deliveryThis method of shipment is called UPS SurePostI was able to confirm through UPS and USPS that your order was successfully deliveredThe guest stated in his complaint to the Revdex.com that there has been a recent history of theft in his areaI advised the guest to keep in mind that he can select the “sign” for delivery option prior to check out on Target.com to insure the items aren’t left at his residence unattended. If the guest believes the item was stolen from his residence I advised him to contact his local authorities and file a report of theftI’m unable to issue a refund for the sound bar as we show a successful deliveryOnce an order is successfully delivered Target.com isn’t responsible for stolen or lost merchandise
