This is the part that I find dishonest
1) It was not stated anywhere in the adEither in the main portion or the fine printThe fine print only stated that it it didn't include Lego
2) The store associate was unable to find anything indicating it wasn't included
3) The customer service people were unable to find anything in the ad to say it wasn't included
That's why this was fraud - because no one anywhere (including now) could point to anything in the actual ad that indicated this was not includedNowhere in the ad, that anyone could find, was it limited to select items
In fact, when I called, instead of directing me to the ad, I was directed to the website...to help...to ad items...to the promotion and there it indicated what was on the ad
And does anyone believe this is a reasonable way to do your fine print?
I'm still wanting to know:
A) Where in the actual ad it indicated select items or was that just meant but never stated?
Or
B) A reasonable (more than 10%) discount for the error and now deception on the part of Target(Deception because if you can't find it in the ad, it's dishonest to make the above claim that it was stated in the promotion details....unless you are stating those details were on the website and not in the ad.)
The problem is the ad was clear on the promotion and the ONLY exclusion given was that Lego toys weren't included
VERY misleading if the "promotion details" were those found hidden on the websiteAnd yes, it's fair to call them hidden when they are in the place described above (help - promotions and so on)
It's not unreasonable to expect Target to honor the printed ad as printed

I have provided a photo of the lock case that only a employee from the Apple Valley location can get into and as you look at the case in question you will see that the I phone watches are displayed by employees of the Target Apple Valley crew members and on the 2nd and 3rd level are the I padsPer conversation with MrsNancy I explained to her that the mistake was not the customer but the company itself and they should honor the mistake and she insist the manager of the apple valley location is not going to comply with the pricing that was shown with the apple watch and that I should take the dollars off the price

Tired of messing with Target

I am rejecting this response because:I received a voice mail from the Target representativeShe basically re-iterated that if the register does not accept the coupon, they do not accept that couponShe suggested I have the manufacturer re-issue the couponUnfortunately, consumers do not have the power to do thatThat was a coupon that was part of the Sunday papers inserts, not even an internet printable coupon. I have used that same coupon at different stores, and never had any issueSo again, I would like to stress out - my issue is not with the store, or coupon acceptance policy - BUT with how the registers are programmed at Target, so that perfectly valid coupon is being rejectedIf they intentionally exclude Digiorno from accepted manu coupons for some reason - then they should have Digiorno include Target exclusion wording on the coupon I was provided no explanation why the coupon is being rejected by the registerI do not think their IT really meant to have that coupon rejectedOtherwise, they should work with Digiorno I am including the picture of the couponRegards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: She made it very clear that she didn't want to help me I want this passed on to someone higher and someone that wants to help I sent the information that she requested months ago At this point if this isn't resolved I will be filing a Complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency in their region and filing numerous complaints My mother received hers and we filed at the same time She didn't try to resolve this She didn't call back when I asked to speak with someone higher This needs to be resolved asap before I file my complaint with a higher agency I am not satisfied with this response and I want someone higher to look into it

can be processed is back to the original method of payment. The refund for her order was processed on 05/18/in the amount of $back to the Visa card she used on the purchase. At the moment, the only option available for her to receive the refund, is to work with the financial institution that the refund was issued to. I explained to Target that I was not sure of the payment method used I gave them the information on the card it would possibly be on These dishes may have been paid with cash as I sometimes do that as well Either way I brought my entire set of Target brand dishes to the Mooresville, NC Target store where they were purchased I need that money to purchase dishes at another store as I will NOT be purchasing dishes from Target nor do I need to purchase anything else at this time I am attaching pictures of my broken dish and also other complaints regarding this same set of dishes Target is taking the money and selling faulty dishes They have had numerous complaints about these dishes and should now be aware of how unsafe they are I explained to the store that I did not want a gift card and was told to contact the Customer Service Corporate number and they would take care of it for me Now I am being told that I can't have my money back because I no longer have a receipt? They have their faulty dishes back and they see the evidence that they have been selling unsafe dishes I would like to have a full refund issued but not in the method of a store credit card Target should not be keeping the money of customers who purchased unsafe dishes just because they no longer have the receipt No one else sells Threshold dishes that I am aware of so they know that Target received the money for them I would like my money returned
