I am rejecting this response because:
If an employee tells a customer that they can call back and get 15% manually taken off their next order, regardless of a misunderstanding on the employees part, that should be honored or at the very least some for of compensation should be offeredI know for a fact that the 15% can be manually taken off any order I place because Target already did it for another order when I had a problem with the wedding registry I createdSo to say they cannot help me is flat out and ridiculous

Revdex.com:They had email stating that they will replace my and something cents in the next 5-days.

I am rejecting this response because:Terry, Good afternoonI have attached some pictures for the toothbrush and how it was displayedIt is the exact item that is on displayAlso, I went into target yesterday on March 31, and it is still on display at the same priceI spoke to two peopleI spoke to an associate who was restocking the shelves and then I spoke to an associate at the customer service counterI never spoke to a managerI probably should have asked for itHowever, the associate that was at the "customer service" counter was very frustratingShe looked at me like I was stupid and made no attempts to help rectify the situationEven if she had offered me a discount because the item was displayed correctly, I would have purchased it that evening and wouldn't have said anymore about itBut there was no offers made, she just gave me this look like I was bothering her. *** ***

multiple team members and they weren’t able to assistTarget strives to ensure that our team members have the training, knowledge and tools to successfully help our guests in the fastest way possible, so it saddens me to hear this wasn’t the caseWhen an order is placed on Target.com, an authorization hold is placed to ensure sufficient funds are available for the purchaseIf an order is cancelled, Target removes the hold on the funds and their financial institution will return the funds to her account according to the institution’s guidelines. Authorization hold guidelines are determined by the card-issuing bank or institution, not Target, and vary from bank to bank.
