to feel. I let him know that the bundle is no longer available so I’m unable to process a replacement order. He can go ahead and purchase the Garth Brooks CD’s separately that were included in the bundle and I will send him an electronic Target GiftCard for the difference in price. This way he will not pay more that his original order. I’ve also gone ahead and refunded him for the set he didn’t receive. date of releaseSince orders are shipped out in the order they are received, his order along with others got delayed until the vendor was able to replenish the inventory and fulfill the remaining pre-orders. promotion can’t be extendedTarget strives to keep inventory on Target.com as up-to-date as possible but inventory is always changingSometimes popular items can exceed the buyer’s quantity on hand, we have no choice but to cancel the order that can’t be fulfilled. Target can’t guarantee inventory and an order isn’t considered accepted until it starts the shipping processTarget sends an acknowledgement email after an order has been submitted however this only means that the order request has been received. I understand it's disappointing not being able to use the GiftCards as you had plannedWe agree that it's unusual for all three cards to be blankI checked the GiftCards and found them to be inactiveIn order to find out what happened we do require the receipt as proof of purchaseThe purchase receipt for the GiftCard will also have the GiftCard number on them and we'll be able to do further research
If you no longer have the receipt from your purchase, we can attempt to look up the receipt if you paid by debit or credit cardWe will need to know the date of the purchase, the store location and the last four numbers of the card used
I understand that two of the GiftCards were giftsWe'd suggest checking with the gift-givers to find out if they have the receiptWe will need the REC # from each receipt, it's the 18-digit number located at the bottom of the receipt
