Thanks for reaching back out to us regarding the cancelled order for our guest *** *** II. I understand that he remains unsatisfied with my offer to match the price of his original order. I certainly didn't mean to offend him with my offer, but at this time the same offer remains; I can honor the price of his original order. In my previous response to the guest, I provided my direct phone number and email so he could contact me with his order number so I can process the discount. This offer can remain in effect as long as the item is in stock.I wish I could take away what the guest has experienced but I cannot. I am rejecting this response because: This item is still showing as unavailable well into the 3rd week There response does not address the fact that the website stated there was inventory in stock in knightdale, but when I went there was no ipad air 2's and I was told they hadn't had any for a while Their response also does not explain why employees would "snatch up" all ipads before public can access Further more, I received a email three days ago (attached) stating "my cart misses you" as if I had an ipad air in my cart with a coupon off Yet, every day since I have gone back in to try and purchase an ipad and there is nothing I still would like to purchase the iPad air 64gb for the $price, however none are still not available

My friends and family members who also have kids have purchased more than bottles of the enfamil baby formula without being told that they are only allowed to purchase x amountSeeing that the formula was premise and 32oz and multiple kids on formula I need more than the bottles they allowed me to purchase
