Since his card was compromised he was issued a new card number and we are unable to update or make changes to payment methods on our pre-orders. If at any point during the pre-order process an authorization hold fails, as was the case in his circumstance, the order is automatically cancelled. processing time; these are some of the reasons why the order was unable to be cancelled. I am rejecting this response because: Target indicates that their Target-branded Cartwheel app is a coupon device rather than a sale offer. Coupons are from manufacturers to incline someone to purchase a manufacturer's product at any participating location; Cartwheel is an app which is designed to draw customers into a particular retail store -- target. As such, it is in fact, offering a sale on a certain item in its store, and should be compliant with FTC laws which govern such. To wit: If a merchandiser offers an item for sale in its stores, it must be certain that there are a reasonable number of that particular item available in stock. Target repeatedly exercises this pattern of behavior: offering an item for sale in its store when it simply is not available. So what is one to do? check the Cartwheel app for "coupons" and then visit the store or the website to determine if the item is, in fact, available at any given location? That's an awful lot of legwork for an app which already identifies a user's location and should be able to NOT display items which are not available in a comfortable shopping distance from that location. In this case, the item of interest was not available in the dozen-Target stores in this area and, in fact, only TWO of the items were available in ONE store -- and it was almost miles away.If this were a rare occurrence, it could easily be dismissed, but very, very often Target advertises items on its Cartwheel app which the area stores simply don't carry, and it's egregious to bait customers in this way. -- *** ***

Although there aren’t any refunded orders from the email address ***, our procedure is not to allow any associated information to submit an orderSince his mother’s email address is also associated with the same shipping address, all orders to this address regardless of email address used will automatically cancel When a ship to store order is placed on Target.com, it uses the same verification system that shipped orders use so the email addresses previously provided are also not allowed to place ship to store, ship from store, or buy online and pick up in store ordersWe encourage them to shop at their local Target store. If he still has questions about his previous orders, he can sign into his own Target.com account and reference orders he has placed. I am rejecting this response because: I was assured by *** on Tuesday, the day I was contacted by her, that the iPad would be repaired to with everything the same apple logo and allI was also assured that I would have the serial number on the back of the iPad like it was boughtUpon revieving it I am completely concerned about this! The IPad I recieved had no Apple logo on the back of it the serial number was missing the case had nothing on it! I spoke to Anthony with Target Asurion customer service, I informed him I would immediately like a return label because I was told by *** that it would be fixed and if it wasn't then I would be able to contact herShe told me I would receive an email with her contact information but I never recieved oneShe mentioned if it wasn't fixed or if I didn't approve we could go about it a different wayAs I explained to her that the iPad was badly damaged and I was concernedI would like a return label immediately please and I would like this to be made right as I was promised
