I appreciate the additional feedback that our guest *** *** has shared regarding her refund.I’m sorry that the desk didn’t work out for her and that the method of refund back to the original method of payment has become so frustrating. The refund was issued back to her Visa in the amount of $on 5/18/16. I understand that the account refunded has since been closed and she was told that there is no refund. There are two federal regulations that protect consumers from errors on their accounts: Federal Regulation E, which applies to debit card transactions; and Federal Regulation Z, which applies to credit card transactionsUnder these regulations, the financial institution is required to investigate the alleged error(s) and to make the necessary correction(s) to those account(s). At the moment, the only option available for her is to continue to work with the financial institution that received the refund and Target considers this matter closed

Because Target did me a disserviceI purchased the item in question with my money in good faith, and, they left me hangingEveryone I spoke to including Nancy said the same thing almost word for word, like they were reading out of a bookI think they should have given me store credit for the cost of the amount of the item, give me a refund, or replace itI had attempted to return it in the return period

Target did not adequately address the core of my complaint. At no
point did I ever ask for a "partial
refund" for the charges on my card.
They made up their own complaint and then answered themselves. I did
not write to the Revdex.com with a parochial concern about cents. While I
appreciate the thoroughness of the customer service person's reply, a
systemic problem remains. Target is sending out receipts with one price
on them and then billing customers' charge cards with noticeably
different amounts. Every receipt I get from any store I shop
at--whether a physical store or an online store--includes a line item
explanation of every amount. Target, in contrast, just says "trust
us." Every customer, not just me or anybody else who gripes, deserves
an explanation of the charges that they are being asked to pay. Every
other retailer sends out an accurate, updated final invoice, so I know
it is not beyond Target to do the same. Target's current practice of
putting "trust us" mysterious up-charges on customer's charge card bills

placed on 11/15/15, ***, qualified for various free promotional Target GiftCardsPromotional GiftCards are only shipped once the order has been picked upThe reason for her orders cancelling is because the piwindow had exceededAs a result the promotional GiftCards also cancelled
Target isn't able to honor previous promotions and this disclaimer is provided on our website under promotions
Our team member did send one Target GiftCard to her which can be used on Target.comTarget doesn't have any GiftCards which can be printed and that is for security reasonsIf our guest would like to use her GiftCard at the store she'll simply need to save it to her payment method in her Target.com account
If she'd rather have a physical GiftCard Target would be happy to deactivate the eGiftCard and send a replacement as long as the eGiftCard has a balanceTarget won't be providing the promotional GiftCards since her orders were cancelled

The gift card was sent to my email(***@yahoo.com) on November 15th, at 10:33am & The customer service representative I spoke to on Sunday November 15th, around 8pm was the one that advised ME TO LEAVE MY ORDERS THERE!!!!
So with that being said, Is irrelevant and the gift card was received prior to be advised to leave my orders for another reason!!! I was given information at multiple occasionsCustomer service made promises he stated he determined the promotion was no longer availableIn Addition, as a courtesy he would send the gift cards manualAfter weeks of giving target multiple opportunities to resolve the error caused by their staff I then asked to have my orders replaced and receive the promotion and that was denied
NEVERTHELESS, MY ORDERS WERE CANCELLED BECAUSE I WAS ADVISED BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO LEAVE THE ORDERS THERE AND RETURN TO BUY MY PRODUCT WITH THE GIFT CARDS HE WAS SENDINGI GUESS TARGET HOLDS THEIR CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR STAFFS TERRIBLE TRAINING

I am rejecting this response because: I know what I saw when I ordered the jacketI don't need to fight anymore if $is worth losing me as a customer then I guess so be it.
