to an order and give her the refund in the form of a Target GiftCard. The seller didn't inform the consumer on the product page regarding taking away the smart feature of this TV (not channels like the seller responded)This is advertising causing me to use a one time 20% coupon that required purchasing of items at target to receive the coupon

and her order was canceledIf there isn’t enough inventory for the order to be fulfilled within the first three fulfillment centers, the system has no choice but to cancel the orderI apologize for the frustration that this has caused her Target sent her an email on 07/25/at 5:PM that the locker storage units were cancelled from her order to the email address that was used to submit the order at *** The item is still very low in stock but I’d be more then happy to price match the Lockerbones to her original orderSince I’m unable to change the price of the item, she’ll need to place the order at the listed price where I can then refund her the difference As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at (800) 591-3869. during business hoursI realize our guest was seeking a refund, but a refund couldn’t be processed until we’ve researched her delivery concerns with our shipping carriers. We confirmed that most of her shipments were delivered on 04/and 04/by UPS, and they informed us the packages were left on the porch near the front doorHowever, one of the packages is being delivered by FedEx and it’s scheduled to arrive to the guest todaySince *** wasn’t able to locate any of the delivered shipments, a full refund of $was processed todayWe’re advising her to allow 3-business days for the funds to post back to her husband’s REDcard. Unfortunately, when an order is submitted, there is a very small window to cancel the order or make changesWith that being said, Target team members aren’t able to update or modify the order after that short amount of time has passed. In some cases, Target team members are able to re-route packages to a different address other than what’s showing on the order depending on the shipping services level but they’re unable to change a Sure Post shipmentI show that ***’s order isn’t shipped Sure Post and is interceptableI’m sorry to hear that one of our team members wasn’t able to re-route the package per *** request. I can’t apologize enough knowing that *** had to pay $out of pocket to re-route the shipmentsI’d be happy to process a credit back but it looks like our team member had already processed a full refund of $today 12/07/for one of the two items when they both are still in transit to ***’s addressEven though, one item has been refunded, *** isn’t required to return it when the shipments arrive. I show that *** paid the order with Target GiftCards, so she’d receive an eGiftCard of $at the email address on the order within 4-hoursI also show an additional $eGiftCard was also sent to her email address for her experienceWith that being said a credit of $isn’t necessary for this situationTarget has considered this matter resolved and closed.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####
