I am rejecting this response because: To this very MOMENT they have NOT credited my VISA card ending in [redacted] for the items in questionThe hold has been placed on my card since 12/The original amount was $22+The amount for the towel was credited towards the purchase of the bra & panties that I bought the same day I picked up the towelThey told me 24-hours after the order is cancelled I would get a refundThey hold is $on my VISAThe website said ALL items were available for in-tore pisame day Maybe the confirmation email did only include the towel but I did not expect not to get the items later than Jan1, If I had known I had to wait for the items to be shipped I would not have placed the orderThe tracking information said the items were coming from DEPEW, NY which is a minute drive from Niagara Falls, NY Why would I wait over a week for something to come from a minute driveSHAME ON TARGET!!!! ALL THIS MADNESS FOR $14.54!!!! Then the chat agent promised me a $gift card when I complained about my order taking over a week to come from a city minutes away via UPSI never got the gift card!!! At this point I just need to get my refund due of $My granddaughter got her Shopkin bra and pantiesIf she didn't love it so much I would take those back and buy elsewhereI am so MAD over all the changes I've had to go through!!!!

I’m sorry to hear that [redacted] didn’t accept the $eGiftcard I offeredTarget strives to provide a resolution that works both for our guest and our businessAs I’ve mentioned in the previous response, when situations like damaged parts item received, Target would either replace the damaged parts or replace the whole new item for our guests at no additional cost if the parts aren’t availableTarget normally offers a 10% discount on the item if our guest prefers to keep the item as is for minor damages I show that [redacted] paid $for the TV stand and $sales tax, which adding up to a total of $I sent a $eGiftCard to [redacted] , which is the same as 26% discount on the item’s value and already exceeds Target discount guidelines I understand that [redacted] doesn’t want the $eGiftCard so I’ve went ahead and deactivated itThe eGiftCard is no longer usableTarget isn’t able to offer a 50% discount on the item and our guest is welcome to return it for a full refund I’ve initiated a return on the order for her convenience [redacted] will receive a return confirmation email shortly and there will be link in that email with the instructions to print off a free pre-paid label to mail the TV stand back to our return centerA full refund will be process within 7-business days after we receive the item backThis item can be return at the store without requiring the item to be boxed up [redacted] just needs to bring the item, its packing slip and her original form of payment to the store for a quick refund I’m sorry that I’m not able to process a 50% discount per her requestTarget considers this matter closed because there are no other options for this situation

I am rejecting this response because: They are asking for more information and I do not know how to send it to them.They ask for an order numberThere is NO order number since I did not place the order after I learned about the $shipping charges,after their website said shipping was free for orders over $(one place said over $- but my order was over that, too.)My email is [redacted] I started to place the order on April or so and had web chat with an agent of theirs after the shipping charge issue arose

I understand that [redacted] rejected my previous response because she still shows an overcharged amount of $22.54 on her Visa account. As I’ve mentioned in the previous response that the pre-authorization transaction of $77.13 will fall off tonight, 11/09/2016 at midnight. Target only charges when the items are shipped. In her situation, her order were shipped in two separate shipments and only two transactions should be charged on her account.Rest assured, [redacted] has been charged the correct amounts, which are $22.54 on 11/02/2016 and $54.59 on 11/03/2016. I’ve emailed [redacted] the invoices of her order for her reference.As I’ve explained that Target systems will automatically release the hold on the 7th day at midnight, but if certain banks decide to keep the hold longer, that is beyond our control. If [redacted] still sees the original pre-authorization transaction hold of $77.13 by tomorrow, I’d recommend that she reaches out to her bank for further assistance. I am rejecting this response because: Received a phone call from Target customer care dept., they said the price for this grill was wrong, their IT department were busying fixing the errors and they cannot honor the price as shown in their systemThe attachments are the price pics I took at Target when I check the price for the grill Next time when you come to Target, you can only find out the "TRUE" price when you check out, the price indicated on their "price checking machine" is not reliable!!!

I understand that despite being unable to submit orders, she’s seen activity on her payment method; I can imagine how frustrating that must be.Adding a payment... method to an order may result in an authorization hold on the method of payment equaling the order total, even if the order wasn't submitted. Per the Target.com help pages, “If you haven't placed an order and still see an authorization hold, check to see if you have a pending cart open on Target.com. Removing the items or the PayPal information will remove the authorization hold.” The length of time it takes for the hold to be removed once the cart is cleared will depend on the institution.Item location and availability on Target.com has impacted the checkout process for select guests in Alaska and Hawaii and we are currently working to resolve the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience and the difficulties Ms. [redacted] has had placing recent orders. Our technical team is working around the clock to resolve this checkout error. I am rejecting this response because: Target has been giving me the run around for weeks, I should not have to make a Revdex.com complaint to get their attention - I tried to reach them through their website chat and via FB with nothing but automatic responsesI have rec'd no refund and given what's happened so far I don't believe the money will ever be refundedI have screen shots from yesterday 9/23/of my account which show that weeks after the item should have arrived, it is still says "processing"I just checked my account today 9/24/and it still says "processing"It is clear that Target never intended to send me what I orderedI am done with this and will not be responding to any other messages regarding this matter
