Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I appreciate the quick response and favorable decision from TargetI am a frequent Target shopper and hope Target will do their best to protect their customersHere are a few comments to share for Target to consider:Giftcardmall told me they generate their gift card numbers and don't buy them from individual personsI don't expect the gift card number to leak from giftcardmallI purchased the gift card on 11/23, and didn't scrach the back of the gift card to see the number/pin until 2/for an online Target.com purchaseWithin hours, on 3/1, the gift card was used by another personIf this gift card theft happens so quickly to a Target.com purchase, it's highly likely orders at Target.com are being monitored by hackersAnd please know that I make many online purchases at Lowes.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, ebay.com, etcwith gift cardsNone of those gift cards got used by other peopleI was unaware that my gift card info got saved to my Target.com account after making just one online purchaseTarget call center rep told me that I can see the entire gift card numbers and pins in my online account, if there is still a balance of the gift cardI don't consider that a safe practiceIf god forgives that another significant data breach happens to Target.com, how many gift card numbers/pins will be stolen? It's better to only show the last digits of the gift card number and the pinSomething like thatWhen I call Target gift card department quite a few times, Target reps always blame Giftcardmall for the possible leak of the gift card info, even after I told them they sell millions of gift cards in bulk to retail/grocery stores and it's unlikely they purchase cards from individualsI hope it's safe to shop on Target.com and no one from inside Target are involved in this incident.Anyway, thank you for the action taken by Target! I am rejecting this response because: The local police department will not do anything because I have no proof I didn't use the card add I already stated I believe this was a scam and there was never anything on the card If there was then target needs to provide me with the information of the person that supposedly used it so I can give this to the police department or in fact give me a replacement card

I am rejecting this response because:The target agent said" Her orders have been cancelled due in part to Target.com Terms and Conditions found on our webpage." I just read your terms and conditions carefully and didn't find out what my problem isPlease make it clear which term caused the problem.In addition, I only placed orders after I got my Red CardThe first two orders included two lego toys for my kid and some feminine products The third order and the fourth order were some personal care items and expired since I didn't notice the day pickup frameThe 5th order was placed by my husband, who thought I would need these items as gifts for our family, which I actually already bought in my previous orderThen after these orders, I got blocked by your system and my 6th order which included several gift cards got canceled.It's fine if I couldn't buy from target.comIt's inconvenient but there're still lots of other online storesBut I hope that you could explain clearly which terms and conditions led the problem

Thanks for reaching out to Target on behalf of [redacted] . I can only imagine how disappointing it must’ve been when he received the wrong towel set that was intended for his wife’s Valentine’s Day present. Sometimes items on Target.com can list the wrong item number or even... picture. When a wrong item is received, we send an immediate notice to our fulfillment center to advise us if a Team Member shipped the wrong item by mistake or if there is an error with the listed item number. If the item number was listed incorrectly when we sent him a replacement, the guest would’ve received another wrong towel set. I apologize but we had to have our teams look into this further. It looks like they were able to conclude that the item numbers are listed accurately. I went ahead and processed him a refund like he requested. I created a return for the towel set that he didn’t receive and processed his refund of $25.86 back to his PayPal account. Since he paid with PayPal, our return system automatically sent the original refund by a Target GiftCard but I deactivated it so that I was able to process the refund to his PayPal account. Target.com is meant to be fun, easy and convenient. After reviewing her order concerns, it was clear to me that we’ve let her down.... Being informed that the promotion could only be honored if she spent more than $100 isn’t the service that we want any of our guests to experience. I understand that our guest has other obligation and shouldn’t have to take the time to return an item that she originally wanted. While reviewing her order details, I confirmed the rug was delivered to her home on 10/24/2017. Even though, we provided the guest with a $5 eGiftCard for her inconvenience, I’ve issued a 15% refund back to her Target Debit Card. She must allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post back to her account. The time our guest has taken to share this experience is certainly appreciated.
