Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] Please accept my sincere apology for any frustration and inconvenience she experienced when she didn’t receive the iPod and her recent order for baby clothes was cancelled Her iPod did ship from our fulfillment center and was lost in transit on the way to UPSWhen our team members tried to replace the iPod, it was out of stockOur buying teams strive to keep popular items like this in stock, especially around the holidays but sometimes the demand exceeds their expectations After speaking with our order verification team, we were able to find that someone else in the same apartment building as her was blocked from ordering with Target.com and they also had the ‘Capture Mail’ in their addressWhen the team blocked the whole address, it also blocked the ‘Capture Mail’ meaning anyone that included that in their shipping address, would also be blockedI was able to have that taken that off of the block list, so going forward she should be able to place an order on Target.com without it canceling I can only imagine how disappointed she was with her recent orders but I hope she can give us another chance and continue shopping with us As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####JennaTarget.com Executive Officeswww.target.com
