RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I do not agree with what Target said. First, I am not a reseller. Second, Target should refund me anyways no matter I am a reseller or not..

I am rejecting this response because:Their own associates are the ones that failed to follow the policy they agreed that they were going to match. I'm not arguing the policy they have in place. I'm disgruntled by the fact that their associate told me, I didn't tell them, that the price match met their criteria. If I had been told no from the beginning I would have simply moved on. My issue comes from the fact that they are not honoring pricing that I was confirmed via their associate and agreed to pay.

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] I’m very sorry to hear that he had difficulty getting the promotional GiftCards to apply to his order for the protein barsIt saddens me to hear that when he reached out to our team members for assistance they weren’t able to provide the resolution he was looking for After reviewing his order, I’m happy to see that he was able to submit his order, [redacted] , and the six GiftCards did apply to his order [redacted] is correct, the promotion does state “$gift card when you buy select Pure Protein bars (12pks) Or Pure Protein powder" which are the products in his orderWhen an item comes with a free GiftCard Target reduces the value of the qualifying item in order to put that value on the GiftCardSo if the promotion isn’t correctly applying there isn’t anything that our team members can do to apply that promotion manually I’d recommend that the guest clear his cache and cookies on the Internet browser he’s usingIf this hasn’t been done recently, websites can store old information from previous searches which in turn won’t allow promotions to be appliedWhile I’m not sure if this was the cause of his frustration I’m certainly happy to have our technical team look into this further All our team members are trained to assist our guests within the best of their abilitiesI’ll certainly follow up with Marley, Vince and Todd as well as their leaders to provide coaching to ensure this doesn’t happen again As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at (800) 591-

We’d like to inform you that the order was flagged because using Target GiftCards to purchase gift cards or prepaid cards violates the Target GiftCard terms and conditions. In addition, Target reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise by resellers. A reseller is defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them. As an accommodation, we are refunding the purchase amount on order [redacted] to a replacement Target eGiftCard. Plus an additional $50 was added as a gesture of goodwill. This Target eGiftCard will was sent to the e-mail address associated with the order. I am rejecting this response because: the website clearly states a price and clearly directs you to pick up from the store There is no clear indication that the store price is not what's shown on the website They should change the website to show price at store is $______ Or perhaps an asterisk stating price shown on website is not the same as in store price I saw the website and I drove to the store expecting to pay the price advertised

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] regarding his order that was lost in transit.I’m sorry to hear that [redacted] had such unpleasant experience with his recent order. I show that our team members attempted to send a replacement PS4 Slim Uncharted Bundle on 12/08/2016 to... him, however they had system issues, and this was the reason why they couldn’t complete the replacement request. [redacted] contacted us again on 12/13/2016 and our team members also attempted to process a full refund for the item but they couldn’t complete the refund process due to unknown system errors. Our team members should have reported this issue to the right team so that our guest’s concerns can be addressed and resolved; I’m sorry this wasn’t the case. I’ve personally followed up with those team members and provided feedback to ensure they know how to handle situations like this in the future. I’ve shared this issue with our technical team for further research. I’ve gone ahead and requested a manual refund of $194.40 back to ***’s Target MasterCard. The refund should post within 7-10 business days.I’m sorry for any frustration and inconvenience this has caused our guest. As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I am rejecting this response because:Target.com is the only company I have encountered where a first attempt to charge a card results in a cancellation. This is especially disappointing when a customer has the funds to pay for the item. In today's world, a consumer must be overly protective against identity theft. Therefore, my credit card company flagged this purchase initally as fraud. Within minutes I approved the purchase and within the hour I called Target customer service. This should have been a priority to fix this issue for all customers who called in ( I was not the only one). I was given that assurance when I first spoke with customer service.Now, if my order was cancelled along with others, what did you do with the orders that did not go through?

I am rejecting this response because:I do not feel that Target is protecting innocent customers like me who spend thousands of dollars at their store I shopped at Target on a regular basis, but have not shopped there since this incident happened with the gift card I want Target to know that I will not step foot in any of their stores ever again They will lose my business and many other people who feel I am being treated unfairly As I said in my complaint, I did not use the gift card Target knows the name of the person who used the gift card and refuses to share that information with me They know it was not me who used the gift card, but Target is refusing to compensate me for my loss of money and time I feel that Target is protecting the thief who used this gift card online, who knew exactly how to steal the number and use it to buy the Samsung Galaxy phoneTarget must find a better security system to stop gift card theft I am extremely disappointed with Target's procedures with gift card theft and I take my business elsewhere

It looks like after some miscommunication with our team members, he was able to receive a... new rocking chair with the required hardware and the extra rocking chairs were picked up and returned back to Target. I’ve followed up with the leaders of the team members that assisted him to provide coaching and ensure that this doesn’t happen again. I know this doesn’t make up for his poor experience so I went ahead and sent him a $20 Target eGiftCard that he can use in store or online. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, BUT since ll of the available info has already been sent to TARGET, why have they refused to reply to several attempts to finish this?The original card was a gift.It has a balance of US$29.11.I sent the original card via USPS certified mail in 6/and it was signed for by Target Corporation.They have already acknowledged receipt of the letter with the enclosed card by signing the USPS receipt and also by a return letter from "Robert".I sent all the documentation back to "Robert" in 9/and have heard nothing back.In March of I spoke with "Chastity" at Target Corporate HQ and all of this was confirmed before the call was disconnected.Since then NOBODY has been able to find anything
