I am rejecting this response because: the item was returned to your company one day late on the 23rd and the 90 day frame was the 22nd I have a tracking number to prove this. I am not in control of the shipping it was not my fault your company received this late when I shipped it out before the 90 day frame. I want a full refund of $37.83 there was no promotion going on and I didn’t not receive any discount on this item. If you are speaking about the gift card applied to my order I had other items on their to use the gift card as well?? I won’t be shopping with your company again having to wait months for a refund because the item was one day late to your warehouse! I never got the gift card sent to that email either I am sure it was denied as well. I will be waiting for the full refund not a portion of it. Thank you you for your time,***

I am rejecting this response because: I don't know how many times I have to explain to Target, the item to be returned to them was too heavy for me to have taken to a store and again, I have contacted the bank and was told there was no refundSo, since Target is unwilling to try and work with me, I am out the money for this desk and I will not be returning to Target either in store or onlineI'm done

I am rejecting this response because: Clearly you can see by the photo the pillow I received VSthe one I ordered If Target did their research (hence chat) they would see their representative suggested I reorder the pillow! Target is taking no responsibility to rectify their faulty shipping errors by the manufacturers they useI am so disappointed with their lack of customer service
