I am rejecting this response because: It fails to respond to my complaint - specifically that Target has failed to honor the terms and conditions under which it issues (for purchase, via advertised promotion, or in compensation or refund) its gift cards Alternatively, Target is falsely or deceptively advertising the terms and conditions of its gift cards Again, the terms and conditions provided to consumers either with physical cards or online provide for NO restrictions on card use online or in store Nor is there any notice that additional terms and conditions may be found elsewhere and this limitation is so difficult to uncover that Target's own representatives struggled to direct me to any place that this limitation was noted at all, and agreed that it was not listed in the terms and conditions on the gift card page Target cannot refuse to honor these terms particularly where their phone reps have the ability to - but are under direct instructions to refuse to - combine gift cards into a single card to allow consumers to use cards without restriction in online orders

I am rejecting this response because: what gives them authorization to withdraw money from your account after the subscription was cancelled weeks prior ? Then they state - business days to get a credit? This is classic poor business practice and extremely poor customer service ! Also I was told the line about the tech department at least different times ! My family and friends will not shop target again

The guest has been refunded for three of the four items that she states she still hasn’t received. Although the UPS Hub confirmed that the package containing the Vacuum was picked up by [redacted] who was able to provide identification, I went ahead and refunded her for the Vacuum. I am rejecting this response because:I have no idea what the response means - I do not think that Target.com has no understanding of what the issue is aboutThis is so unbelievably frustratingdon't they have any record of the transaction at all?! How do they come up with boxes?!?! I called them and explained the case at least 7-times and I have a record of emails I wroteI never received my order!!! I am charged for an order I never receivedI have ONE box here that came INSTEAD of my order
