Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] and the delivery issues she had with her recent Target.com orders.I'm so sorry to hear that some of the items in her recent order were damaged and returned back to Target.com I sincerely apologize for the amount of time and frustration this issue has caused her In reviewing her two orders, I see that order number [redacted] was mistakenly updated as the guest had refused the package, however, this error was corrected and the order was delivered later that same day on 01/06/at 5:pm In the meantime, she had called in for help and a refund of $was issued on this same order that was delivered Order number [redacted] unfortunately had a large portion of the order damaged so UPS returned it back to Target.com The guest was provided a refund of $which included one of the Arm and Hammer detergents that she did receive She was also provided a $electronic Target GiftCard because of the experience she had.I understand that she is questioning the amount of the refund she received and see that she has several additional orders outside of the ones mentioned, that she has that same concern about All of her orders included promotional eGiftCards and because of this, the refund is reduced by the value of the promotional GiftCards I’ve verified that all of the electronic promotional GiftCards she earned on these orders have been used on other purchases For future orders, the guest may want to keep in mind that all promotional mobile GiftCards and electronic GiftCards are non-refundable and refunds are reduced by their value Only unredeemed physical GiftCards can be returned; she may want to consider placing future orders and choosing to have a physical promotional GiftCard mailed to her At this time, I will be unable to process any additional refunds on the orders since she has been refunded for items that were delivered, refunded the correct amount minus the value of the eGiftCards and those eGiftCards have been redeemed I also see that our team members have issued her a total of $eGiftCards to invite her back for a better experience.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I have processed a 50% discount on his account for the new order. Please allow 1-2 days for the credit to appear back to his Visa credit card. I have also verified with our shipping company, EFW that they will be contacting [redacted] sometime today to schedule a return pickup for the second replacement. Once the return is received we will process a full refund for the item. Please allow 3-5 days for the credit to appear on his credit card. I am rejecting this response because: Target's response is ridiculousThey did not address that I accepted the electronic raincheck and did as I was told -- to wait till it became available on site again and call to place the orderdays later, the item was once again available on Target's siteI called and was told they would not honor the price/shipping match even though I had a case number that stated I should get thoseIt is once again not available on their site.This issue is about their terrible customer service more than the product itselfCompanies that sell to consumers should not be able to get away with that kind of serviceAlso, their email only stated that the order was cancelledIt did not state whyIf it truly was cancelled due to no supply, why was it put back on their website days later?I didn't see anything from Target's response that they were sorry for anythingThey deflected all responsibility and its terrible that businesses can get away with that

I am rejecting this response because: I've worked in retail for years, including phone centers, again I was not notified of a problem, and it takes one person to do the right thing and contact a buyer or a system programmer to fix the issue, target repeatedly fails to provide an a answer as to - why wasn't I notified and - why their system is so horrid that they can't fix a simple customer service issue, because I'm sure I'm not an isolated caseI want a fix, not excuses
