I am rejecting this response because: First, there is a picture of the first phone call I made to target about this issue attachedI have also made dozens more phone calls and the issue was never resolvedStill this response does not address my issue rather it just is about something that has nothing to do with the current problemI have not been refunded for the iPad mini [redacted] Also my complaint requests that a corporate manager call me, that has not been done and This issue is not resolved until I receive that callA $gift card is not suffice compensation for this matter as I also have not been refunded for the orderIf you re read everything I wrote the issue will be easier for you to understand

I am rejecting this response because:this is absolutely insanewhy would I give to someone else so that I am out that money I have lost due to code and pin being stolen if they have even attempted to look into this matter, they can see it was not used by me or anyone near me absolutely unsatisfactory response

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] I can’t apologize enough that she received the wrong AC unit for the second timeI can only imagine how frustrated this has made her especially given the warmer weather in recent daysI’m happy to hear that she was able to find the item she was looking for and I hope she’s more comfortable Target has requested that UPS pick up the wrong unit from her and as of 12:00pm CST they haven’t arrivedThey’ll be picking the item up today, Thursday July 14th, and once I can confirm they have the unit I’ll issue a refund back to the original form of payment [redacted] paid with a $Target GiftCard and the remaining balance was charged to her Target REDcard When she logs in to “Mange my REDcard” section on Target.com it does say that Target can’t accept Target GiftCards as payment on an accountI’ve also confirmed this information with our REDcard departmentAs a result, Target isn’t able to issue the credits she’s requested I realize that I’m not able to provide the resolution she’s looking for, but Target considers this matter closed as there are no other optionsA full refund will be issued to her original methods of paymentA new Target eGiftCard will be issued which can be used online or printed to be used in storesThe remaining funds will be credited to her Target REDcardI’ve attached a copy of our refund policy As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I bought 35.15 in school supplies. Not just the 2 items you listed. I recieved the refund today for only .43 cents. I never had a problem with Target until this past weekend I have had 3 issues with this order.
