I am rejecting this response because:I did in fact purchase the plan and told the cashier to do so, If she in fact did not put the requested plan into the register it is not my fault I have a witness to the purchase and in fact asked for the plan like I always do in these purchases.Please exchange this tv for the same tv or we can go to court for the item.Thanks [redacted]
Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] and their questions regarding the refund for a Swagtron Hoverboard.I sincerely apologize for the amount of frustration that this refund has caused our guest I completely understand how confusing the issue of our promotional GiftCards with purchase is, especially when there is a refund involved.When there is a promotional GiftCard with purchase, our online system has to assign the value to the GiftCard in order for it to be activated with the amount advertised It may appear as though they are charged for the GiftCard, but the qualifying item’s purchase price was also reduced by that same amount For this order, the Swagtron was purchased for $and the guest had two charges, one for $(the qualifying items price was reduced by the amount of the GiftCard with purchase) and then a separate charge for $(this is necessary to activate the card with the value) The two charges total what the guest authorized for the purchase price of $ This also reduces the value of each item, in the event that an item is returned Since the guest returned the purchase, the value of the refund was reduced by the $since not all items were returned for the refund I’m also showing that the promotional GiftCard has been used on purchases 12/07/and 12/19/ Because the GiftCard has been used and is unable to be returned, we will not be able to fully refund the guest.I do see that the white Swagtron Hoverboard they purchased is back in stock If they are still wanting to purchase this, they can go ahead and place an order and I can discount the purchase 15% to match the original orders sale price I will not be able to honor the promotional GiftCard with purchase in addition to the discount If the guest places a new order, they can call or email us with their new order number so the 15% discount can be applied.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I placed an order successfullyReceived an email for free shippingDiscussed with different Customer Care agentsFinally, Had to complain to Revdex.com to get this fixed.Still the issue isn't fixed and no explanation for why Target Customer Care did not fix the issue.If any customy complains for all the troubles, they are giving $gift card ( which is already free with my order )
I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation from the Target.com web site on my account showing the refunds were approvedAs stated before customer service did not process the return by being able to send me a return address label One reason this has taken so long, is after the first few times I talked with customer service, the phone conversations would last longer and longer How can the information on MyAccount show these items were approved for refund, but they never could send a return label, which I was told was required and this be my responsiblity ? doI was told during one of these long conversations that it was posted to my account showing I contacted for return within the time frame required I don't feel it is my fault customer service could not send aIsimple return label I hired GetHuman to help resolve this, because I am in bad health and not able to be on the phone for hours at a timeI know Target does not care, but I will not shop with them again if this matter is not correctedThe tablet has never been taken out of the box, it is in perfect condition The insurance on one of the tablets was refunded, but I was not notified until I started this process again in AugustThis is so frustrating, why did it take two months for Target to send a response to Ed, from Get Human ? I recently called about other orders and after long conversations was told $I was supposed to receive would be credited to my credit card, which was not doneThis is only $10.00, cut this shows Customer Service tells customers one thing and does not follow thruHe first told me, my email address was incorrect was why I didn't get the money, I told hime it was correct, and I don;t remember the other reason, but I was on the phone for at least minutes This has taught me a valuable lesson,, in documenting
