I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately, this still does not validate, or solve the issue at handAs a major corporation, you would think after charging an account almost days after the preorder was placed, that you would inform the buyer if their payment did not go throughIf indeed the policy is as you state, I would hope that you would take into consideration the customerThis is strictly a moral and ethical issue at handIf target wants to treat its customer this way, that is their choiceI sincerely disagree

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of [redacted] ***, (aka [redacted] , [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***) We’d like to inform you that the orders were flagged because using Target GiftCards to purchase gift cards or prepaid cards violates the Target GiftCard terms and conditionsIn addition, this guest used multiple email addresses and names to exceed the promotion limit of one per household Target reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise by resellersA reseller is defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using themAfter a complete review, we isolated total attempts to purchase gift cards utilizing the limit one discount Of those orders were fulfilled with of the gift cards being flaggedThe paid value of the orders is $(x $270) We have reduced the refundable amount by $870, as your purchases exceeded the promotion maximum times, and those cards were fully redeemed at their full value The result is replacements being issued totaling $ As an accommodation, we are refunding the purchase amount on the impacted orders to replacement Target eGiftCardsThese Target eGiftCards will be sent to the e-mail addresses associated with the orders Although these orders are being refunded, we are reserving the right to restrict future business with this individual due to the violation of our terms and conditions.Sincerely,Target.com Guest Services www.target.com

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] Upon receipt of your contact, I reached out to our guest to address his concernsI was able to speak with him on the phone about the multiple charges he was seeing on his bank statement for his recent Target.com purchase There was an initial error with the charges when the promotional GiftCard shipped out but those were corrected This is why he saw multiple charges coded as "Share Journal Entry".I couldn't agree more that the way our free promotional GiftCards are sent is confusing and I do apologize for that Our system has to assign a value to the card that is shipped to our guests It may appear as though they're being charged for the GiftCard, but they'll also notice the qualifying item in their purchase is discounted totaling the promotional value of the GiftCard As it stands, the guest was charged the correct amount for his order and their is nothing to be adjusted.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:I understand Target's return policy of days I do not want to "return" the item in the sense that I am unhappy with its color, appearance, etc The product is defective This is a quality issue I was sold a product that does not work and I am asking for a refund Dressers are not meant to last for four months/days We purchased the dresser for our baby who was born in mid-October, which is when we began to use the dresser In December, one of the drawers began to fall out of its track on a regular basis It will no longer stay in the track The dresser is not functional, as it is missing a drawer and the other drawers are exposed.I've contacted the manufacturer, Storkcraft, and they shared they could send replacement parts Unfortunately, none of the parts are broken The track on the drawer and on the inside of the dresser are both intact The drawer simply will not stay on the track It appears that the dresser has shifted or expanded and it no longer fits together the way it was designed Storkcraft also shared that since I exchanged money with Target, Target is responsible for the refund

I do not accept their response because there were two items in that package as I said, and target is mistakenI know I put in both items, I very carefully packaged the items and I do not have the second one in my possession as I sent them to targetThis is not the first time they made a mistake on my orders, three times in the past when I placed orders from target for multiples of the same item they only sent oneNow they made a mistake on the return sideMy return window according to target website was until June, I had the dates okIf they were not ok I would not have been able to print a return labelTarget red card holders have an extra days to return so I was within my return window, and I sent back both wristletsI am disappointed target does not admit they made a mistake and makes me pay for their mistakeI will probably not order online anymore from target and certainly not return more than one item per package if I return anything I buy to insure I have "proof" of returning each item individually since target seems to not trust their customersThanks
