Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.But there delivery people delivered the item to the wrong address firstI found the item at a barn up the hill, which these people would have kept the itemThen after I found it broke it took a week to get it picked upI arranged to be here the day of pick up and they did not show upMy time is of value tooSo an item that was paid for was already two weeks into the processAfter four days of pick up I called to make sure a replacement was being sentThen I received an email that they had not gotten the old item back yetThat was another weekThen I received an email that the item was not available until sometime in MayBy this time I'm regretting the whole thingSo when I asked for refund then I cannot get one even though the item according to the email is not availableYou can understand my thoughts by this timeNow hopefully the item is suddenly comingI hope it is left at my address it does weigh lbs and barely fits in my SUVI feel a review of there whole process and delivery people needs to be reevaluated and changed

Thanks for contacting Target regarding the delivery of a MasterCard Gift Card for our guest [redacted] ***.I understand that the guest is upset because she still hasn’t received the delivery of her order and feels that our service representatives didn’t help her In addition, she is disappointed because she needed the order prior to Columbus Day The orders delivery date was originally scheduled for 10/11/which was after the day she needed it by However, an exception did occur as noted on the delivery carriers website on 10/08/2016; they requested that the guest contact them regarding the delivery of her order The delivery order is now noted that the guest has requested to have the order redelivered to her on 10/14/ I don’t have a specific reason as to why this delivery exception occurred, but I do apologize for the frustration this situation has caused her When a delivery exception does occur, typically the guest is the only person who will be able to call and make arrangements to have the order redelivered I’m disappointed to hear that our team members came across as being rude and unhelpful, that certainly isn’t how we want our guests to feel I’ll be sure to share any necessary feedback to the team members she spoke withAt this time, since the item is being delivered to the guest, I’ll be unable to process a refund However, the MasterCard Gift Card is returnable as long as it is unopened and returned to a local Target Store as is noted on the details page of the product.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] and his inquiry about his refund I understand that our guest is requesting a refund for his order in the amount of $for an order he placed through Target.com on June 1, for two diamond rings In researching the case, I see that the guest was notified the return received at our online return center was missing the diamond rings, it contained only empty ring boxes and that we would not be able to process a refund until the rings were returnedOur team members had also advised him that he could file a claim through USPS, the carrier he chose to return his purchase through Target provides pre-paid labels should our guest decide to return an item These labels are provided free of charge but do not carry additional insurance protection This order was also eligible to be returned to a local store, another option that Target provides our guestsSince that time, Target teams spent several months working with American Express to help resolve the dispute that the guest filed with them All of the necessary information was provided so that they could complete their investigationUltimately, we will not be able to process a refund until the rings are returned We are however, willing to extend our return policy should our guest return the ringsWe aren’t able to offer any additional options for this situation As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with a representative at my bank-they have stated that this is not a matter that has to do with them and the company needs to release the funds Also, now you're saying it could take up to days to release the funds because of the type of credit card I have? Yesterday the customer service representative, Marco, said it could take up to a week-which is already too long for my family to wait I have ordered off of Target.com in the past Quite a lot actually for the holidays and I have never had this happen with your company So to state that this is your policy is not accurate If this was your policy then I can promise you that no one would be ordering via your website I have already spread the word about this incident-asking people if they have had this happen-and everyone agrees that if this is your policy as you state then they will never make a purchase using your website and have thanked me for letting them know that this is your policy I am very disappointed by how this matter is being handled I did not do anything wrong I could have chosen multiple other companies to order the items from-but I chose Target I have always had a great experience with your company and respect your values However, I cannot stand by a company that would do this to this to their customers This is not a matter of $ This is a matter of feeding my family I will no longer be supporting Target if the situation is not properly rectified-I am not asking for anything other than my money back that was double charged (and by the way-I am aware that it is not fully charged-but when it is pending it is still being withheld and cannot be used) I will ensure that people are aware of not only how online shopping apparently works now...but how the customer service works now as well with your company
