Target doesn’t advertise that the limited warranty is through Samsung so I apologize for the confusion that this has caused the guestHowever the warranty information should’ve been included with the devices.Samsung doesn’t offer certain unlocked phones in the U.S but Target is an authorized dealer to sell the Samsung devices that he purchasedAs stated before, he’ll have to work with CRR Warranty to have his phones replaced under their warrantyTarget considers this matter closed as there are no other options for this situationJennaTarget.com Executive Officeswww.target.com
Thanks for contacting us with the response from our guest [redacted] .I apologize if I misunderstood the information the guest provided the first time She has several different orders with zodiac pillows, and I didn’t piece together items to order numbers and what needed to be done the first time I understand that she received the wrong pillow in her order [redacted] and was advised to place a new order The order number for the pillow she reordered is [redacted] and she wants to receive this before Christmas because it’s a gift and the estimated delivery date isn’t until January[redacted] can still go ahead and keep or donate the wrong pillow she received I’ve gone ahead and processed a refund in the amount of $on order [redacted] for the wrong pillow she received I’ve also issued a refund of $on her new order [redacted] so that the price of the pillow is the same as her original order; she shouldn’t have paid more for the pillow on her new order Both of these refunds were processed on 12/19/back to her Target Debit Card and it can take up to days for her to see the credit I apologize that our team member didn’t offer to process a replacement order which would have alleviated some of our guest’s time and frustration I’m unable to speed up the delivery date of the pillow on her new order because it’s an item that does need to allow for additional processing time I understand how disappointing this news must be considering it was to be a present for the Holidays I’m very sorry that we’ve let her down by sending her the wrong item and not taking care of the issue for her the first time I would like to invite her back for a better experience and I’ve issued her a $electronic Target GiftCard This should arrive to the email address used on her orders within hours.While I’m not able to offer her the resolution she's looking for, I appreciate the time she took to share her feedback and concerns As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guestsIf you have further questions, feel free to contact Target.com at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: Not having a purchase history to review is the definition of a "non-receipted return or exchange" Their promise on the back of millions of receipts clearly states "We promise to attempt a return on EVERY item purchased in our stores or on Target.com by scanning your receipt or packing slip, offering receipt lo[redacted] OR A NON-RECEIPTED RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITH A VALID FOR OF IDENTIFICATION" (Capital emphasis added) It very clearly shows the non-receipted, non-documented, non-lookexchange or return is an alternative to scanning the receipt or packing slip or offering receipt look-up If they were able to look up the receipts, we would have the receipts, and the entire discussion about non-receipted exchanges or returns would be mootEither offer non-receipted exchanges/returns, or dont promise to attempt to do so on "EVERY ITEM PURCHASED IN YOUR STORES"

I am rejecting this response because: the kitchen aid which I purchased was earlier worth Reg: $(from the target site)I accepted receiving it late twiceTarget finally informed me after 2-weeks that because they were out of kitchenaids, they could not fulfill my order and this was one month after the initial purchaseThey did give me a $gift card however, I wanted the kitchen aid then since it was a holiday giftNow they have another sale on the same device and the cost is $after sale, for shipping after JanIf they already have kitchen aids in stock where they are selling them on sale, then why did they cancel my order without any prior notificationOverall it was a terrible experience with target where they randomly cancel and cannot fulfill orders
