I am rejecting this response because: It isn't right and no one has researched I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau I have over people on my behalf that will attest to their practices Lastly Target should be expecting to be served with lawsuit papers any day now All they have to do is investigate the issue They haven't I don't want this case closed either I am also now considering this a race issue as well I hope that they research this issue

I am rejecting this response because: Target provided no clarification in their response on their advertising concerning the promo codeI am attaching the applicable portion of their email with the promotion/promo code being advertised as well as the “Patio Umbrella” category being directly under that promo code headerFurthermore, I ordered two itemsThey shipped separatelyThe Target rep answering my question would have this informatikn readily available The umbrella that has been the item in question was NOT delivered on April 22nd, it was delivered May So fortunately the delivery date was not as late as what Target’s email had indicated after I checked outTherefore, that is no longer an issueBut I am unhappy about checking out indicating one (earlier) delivery date, then receiving a second email after I placed the order with a later dateThen, I ended up receiving the item in between those two dates.Photos are attached as reference of the Target email, and delivery confirmation

I am rejecting this response because: No, I did not recognize all of the transactions paid with my Target Gift Card purchased from Dillards in California on September 8, 2016.As I explained before, I live in Lawrence Kansas and I never been in CaliforniaI denied these four transactions $175.99, $73.44, $113.94, and $which happened in California September 8, I have the gift card on my position all the time and I never share it with anyone.As I side before, there are a lot of cases similar to my case where someone uses their Target gift card without their knowledge, and Target refused to cooperate at allI strongly believe that Target knew or should have known about the problem on their gift card or if their website may have a breach but they did not take the necessary steps to protect their customer
