This does not explain why this, an in store only item, was set for different prices I don't expect Target to accept responsibilityI have obtained the item for the price advertised, finally, and all is good This is policy should be listed with items online and to note that The price was listed before Black Friday sales and the price didn't change after The Target website shows a price for an item in store only and a different price is listed Many guests I have talked see my point. The business failed to provide an adequate response to my complaintAn apology with no attempt to find a resolution is an empty response. The apology stands for nothing as Target failed to help me as a consumer. I understand the concept of limited quantities but they find it acceptable to advertise the sale of an item with no quantities. This is not how a proper business conducts itself. All of their competitors did not advertise the sale of the Nintendo as they all did not have any stock. They are not compliant with marketing rules of advertising. I feel that they are throwing empty words at me and ignoring me as a consumer because they feel that individual customers do not matter. I've shared this concern with them and they stated that is not the case but would not offer help. Refusing to help the consumer when they have wronged the consumer is ignoring the needs of the consumer. There is nothing to hold them accountable for their actions

I am rejecting this response because: Target is requiring that I go to the Vacaville Store which is not the Fairfield store that took my $and made me feel like a criminal for just wanting them to return $of the money they took Also The Vacaville Store is in another town and not convenient for me I do appreciate all of the work that The Target Corp Rep did to help me as much as Target policy would allow Target credits back credit cards to help prevent loss to Target, as a consumer I would like Target to NOT do this @ my expense...If Target gets cash than Target should give back cash! When I returned the cat scratcher I should have been able to take my $anywhere to purchase another and not be forced to get Target gift card or accept less cash

manufacturer we confirmed the Cat Litter advertised shouldn’t clump As a result, the investigation was closedSince this issue occurred again, I've reopened the case for further reviewI realize the action taken doesn’t help our guest with her current situation. The refund wasn't issued because the guest hasn’t returned the wrong items to her local Target or back to our Return CenterHowever, I noticed this has been a lengthy experience and I’d like to help speed up the refund processI’m advising Judy, to keep or dispose of the unwanted Cat Litter and we’ll provided a full refund without receiving the product. was informed the DVD’s he received was the items he orderedI understand *** feels like his purchase should’ve included a Blu-Ray and a Digital HD DVDUpon working with our online buying team I confirmed the Kingsman DVD was only available for Blu-Ray. I understand how Mr*** could be confused by the image provided onlineWhen viewing the actual Kingsman DVD cover, the manufacture has “BLU-RAY + DIGITAL HD” listed on the top of the coverHowever, if you view the item detail provided on Target.com, we inform all guests that the “Software Format” is Blu-Ray only. For more information on the Kingsman DVD, please click here to view the only item details. However, when viewing the Mad Max DVD cover on Target.com, it clearly states this particular disk should come in Blu-Ray and HDSince the item has been opened, the item must be returned to exchange to his local TargetThis information was provided to our guest on 12/16/2016, after speaking with a Target.com team memberAt this time, we advise our guest to bring a copy of his packaging slip and the incomplete Mad Max DVD to his local Target and we’ll be more than happy to exchange the DVD.
