I am rejecting this response because:
The merchant has failed to address correcting the situation surrounding the customer treatment as well as correcting the issue at the merchant terminal. There needs to be something done to correct both of those issues. I have spent more time on this than the $8.00 I should have had from the beginning. Very upset with this business and I don't think I will continue to shop with them because it is one thing after another with them.

if they are going to limit the number of items you can buy on sale then it must be posted in the sale paper, so that customers will not be subject to embarring conflict with sales people and make them look like fools. they must and can do better with the sales they put out there. I know other stores put limits on sale items and the customers abide with that item. I do business with a lot of stores and always check ads before I purchase items.
But to go into that store and put items in buggy and then be told you can not buy but 8 is not in acceptance with the the law. You stand there and they put you at a very embarrassing position with other customers looking on and you feel odd. There sales paper had no such limit and then enter said store and they have posted a sigh that reads (BUY MORE SAVE MORE). Also when the manger said it was in the sale add he told and outright lie.He did not state the policy at the guest services or your web site. As for the coupons you are sending I will think about it.

Purchasing twenty cases of pop would be considered to be a bulk order. Target does offer bulk orders if you are interested in doing so. During your next visit to Target, please stop by the Guest Service Desk. They'll be able to help with your request and determine if it can be submitted to our Buying teams. While we'd like to offer this service on all Target merchandise, there may be some limitations on which types of merchandise we can order in bulk. Please note these orders can take up to 30 days to process.

I know this has been a frustrating experience for you. While I'm not able to offer you the resolution you're looking for, we appreciate the time you've taken to share your feedback and concerns. I’m sorry to hear that [redacted] didn’t receive the email that I sent on 06/06/2016. I appreciate the information she provided because it definitely helps me research her experience. I’d more than happy to provide her with more information.  The provided number [redacted] isn’t the correct Target.com order number. However, I’ve found an order number [redacted] that was submitted 05/28/2016 for the Waverly Seashell Area Rug, item number [redacted] using the incorrect email address [redacted].[redacted]@yahoo.com.  I show that when the order first submitted on 05/28/2016, the original total was $97.29, $74.15 was put on the Target GiftCard ending with [redacted] and the remaining amount of $23.14 was put on the MasterCard as a pre-authorized transaction. A team member had processed two discounts of $20.00 and $2.63 after the order was submitted, so a total discount of $23.14, which was including $0.51 in sales tax that was adjusted before the order was shipped.  Target doesn’t charge the payment method until the item is shipped. In [redacted]’s case, she was only charged $74.15 on her Target GiftCard when the item was shipped on 05/31/2016. The pre-authorized MasterCard transaction of $23.14 should’ve been automatically drop off within seven days after the order was shipped. Rest assured, [redacted] was only charged $74.15 on the Target GiftCard for her order, but not her MasterCard. There is a remaining balance of $0.85 on her Target GiftCard. If [redacted] is concerned about this authorization hold and the pending transaction is still showing on her bank activities, she’ll need to work directly with her bank.  Since Target didn’t charged her MasterCard, there is nothing for us to refund.

What effort did they make?  My credit card info (info that has been recently compromised/victim of fraud) is still accessible on their website after I have asked them to remove it.  They say they reached out to me and they never did. They wrote to you not me.  The reason I opened the case was b/c the website wouldn't let me delete my info so I asked them to do it for me and they're not.

One of the iTunes gift card was refunded the same day, which I got prove that it was refunded, as I got the copy of the return/refund receipt from the East Windsor Target's store manager. Please kindly refund the money back, as it should be.

After speaking with the third party company that handles the up & up remanufactured ink cartridges that she purchased, I went ahead and refunded the guest for the ink cartridge that didn’t meet her expectations. Her refund of $24.60 should post back to her Discover Card within the next 7-10...
