I am rejecting this response because:I don't know if target is aware of their major mistake. Per the item I ordered is a 25th anniversary blu ray per the pictured item. Please take 30 seconds and google "goonies 25th anniversary blu ray" that is the version that the target website has on sale as the image used is that version. The 25th anniversary blu ray picture is the same in the email confirmation. That's like advertising an Acura MDX fully loaded and receiving a Acura MDX base model. That's called false advertising. Also the item is received is the same item listed/pictured as the one with the happy feet ticket. Thank you.

I agree that an order was placed and the guest was charged but the fraudulent activity didn’t occur with Target.com as we don’t have access to the guest’s personal financial information. I am rejecting this response because:  First of all, I NEVER received an email or a phone call/voice mail.  Second, I did not want a refund.  I ordered a product and never received it.  What is wrong with Target?  Did the Revdex.com send them my request for the product and money that I paid as well?  Does Target think just because they are a large business they can get away with this behavior?  I will take this issue to other agencies as well if they do not send me the product immediately AS WELL AS something else to reimburse me for this problem.  THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I am rejecting this response because: I am sorry to say I was very patient waiting on the refund from Target to my Target Debit Card. According to Ms Jenna it would be 3-5 business days, I received email from Revdex.com on Dec 13 today is Dec 20 and no refund. Also to clarify she said for my inconvenience she refund $40 that's not true either, it should have been $141 and with her refunding $40 that makes it correct but don't praise yourself for stating inconvenience it should have been that to start with.  Thank you [redacted]

The response was unsatisfactory. I don't see this as a price match guarantee. I used the site to see what the price was before I left for the store. How was I supposed to know what the price was to be? Are you suggesting that I call from store to store to figure out what the price is before I waste gas driving around to multiple stores. I ended up returning all of my purchases including the leap tv unit to targer because of this and decided to not purchase anything from Target every again. My hope with this was target would at least try to repair a broken relationship with a customer but I guess not.

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted].   I can only imagine how disappointing it must’ve been when he received conflicting information regarding his father in law’s reclining chair.   Our system does show that the item was picked up by our large carrier company,...

however their system shows the chair wasn’t picked up. I’ve followed up with team member that [redacted] spoke with to provide coaching and ensure that he’s looking into matters further.   I’d be more than happy to issue a replacement reclining chair for him, however, the large carrier doesn’t offer expedited shipping and I’m unable to guarantee a shipping date. When the shipping carrier receives the order information, they’ll be able to email the guest with an estimated delivery date. Since the guest was wanting the chair to be delivered by tomorrow, 09/01/2017, I wanted to confirm that the guest still wants to proceed before I process the new order.   Before I process the $40 refund back to his Target REDcard for the price match, I’ll wait for the guest to confirm if he’d like the replacement recliner to be sent or to be refunded in full since we can’t guarantee the delivery date.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I’m sorry to hear that [redacted] found the last response unacceptable. Refunds for items purchased on Target.com are only given if the item is returned. The return period for this item has expired since it is now nine months since purchase date. An extended warranty wasn’t purchased for this item and Target is unable to provide a refund. As previously stated [redacted] will need to contact Storkcraft for any additional information and questions.As it turns out, we aren't able to offer any other options for this situation.Target considers this matter closed. It was not the business's fault, someone may have been using my credit card info and infiltrated my email and online shopping accounts to make those unauthorized purchases.since the last contact, I'm waiting for the next update involving this case, cause I was promised by a representative that they would also contact iTunes to help me out with the case as well.

I appreciate that our guest was able to provide me with the necessary information to research their experience. I’m very sorry to hear that their five Target GiftCards were used without their permission. I can only imagine how confused and frustrated they must have been when they noticed that their $100 Target GiftCards no longer had a balance. This certainly isn’t the experience I’d like them to have, so I appreciate the time they took to bring this to my attention. Target considers GiftCards to be like cash and can only be replaced if there is a remaining balance. All of the GiftCards have been fully redeemed. I am rejecting this response because: The issue was I attempted to return a tablet within the return date.I was wrongly told that because I used a gift card and had no id, a refund could not be processed.The return window ended.The issue came up again and I tried to return a pair of pants and was again told I could not process a return for the same reason.Once I contacted customer service she confirmed what I knew. The store leader jennifer or lisa had no idea what was going on in her store.Also this store does not check its expired food. I have purchased a lot of expired food. I had the recent at times but it is not worth it to drive all the way to the store for $3 her or there but after a while that adds upI am asking target to refund my costs because clearly The staff was not trained and do not know your policy. I am rejecting this response because: This is a classic case of bait-and-switch. Limited stock was made available to stores, online purchasing was turned off, store stock trackers (which are usually quite accurate) were set to "Limited Stock, Visit Store to Purchase."  As soon as the sale ended, the iPad was *immediately* available to order online at full price. The sad part is that this is the 2nd time Target has done it to me - they did the same thing 2-3 years ago with the iPad Air 2. I had to go to 3 stores (all of which said "Limited Stock, Visit Store to Purchase," before finding one with stock.  And thanks to Apple's strategy of packaging all varieties of iPads almost identically, it's of no use calling - employees won't usually know the difference between the various models/colors/sizes/capacities of iPads.  I have no use for the $15 gift code - you may invalidate it.
