As you can see, she has no associated charges regarding her order after 10/25.   If the sweatshirts she exchanged in store were exchanged for a different sweatshirt at a different value, the store would’ve taken or given the difference in store.   If she is seeing different charges other than the ones on the attached invoice, she’d want to follow up with her card issuing bank.   I’ve followed up with the team members that she spoke with previously. I am rejecting this response because:
As I mentioned to Target, I am not questioning the amount charged I am questioning why the TOTAL amount due was not charged in one transaction. The second transaction was for $.01 causing me to get a $35 NSF charge.

I am rejecting this response because:I purchased these gift cards from target, and expected that they have the value of $200 each for the 13 cards ( I paid $2450 for the $2600 value cards because their red card provides a 5% off discount).  The fact is these cards all have 0 balance when I tried to use.From Wikipedia:" To be "merchantable", the goods must reasonably conform to an ordinary buyer's expectations, i.e., they are what they say they are." Obviously, I don't expect 0 balance for each card. They should be responsible for investigating everything, like who used these cards, and replacing me with the cards that actually have balance in there.

I am rejecting this response because:
If it was indeed a price error why would they proceed, take my money out of my financial institution and send me a confirmation email where it indicates that my order is ready for pickup.When I proceeded to pick up at the store the manager refused to fulfill order.also other people did get their order fullfilled so I don't understand why mine was denied.this is unacceptable.

because she needed the order prior to Columbus Day.  The orders delivery date was originally scheduled for 10/11/2016 which was after the day she needed it by.  However, an exception did occur as noted on the delivery carriers website on 10/08/2016; they requested that the guest contact them regarding the delivery of her order.  The delivery order is now noted that the guest has requested to have the order redelivered to her on 10/14/2016.  I don’t have a specific reason as to why this delivery exception occurred, but I do apologize for the frustration this situation has caused her.  When a delivery exception does occur, typically the guest is the only person who will be able to call and make arrangements to have the order redelivered.  I’m disappointed to hear that our team members came across as being rude and unhelpful, that certainly isn’t how we want our guests to feel.  I’ll be sure to share any necessary feedback to the team members she spoke with. At this time, since the item is being delivered to the guest, I’ll be unable to process a refund.  However, the MasterCard Gift Card is returnable as long as it is unopened and returned to a local Target Store as is noted on the details page of the product.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. Target.com requested UPS put a tracer on the order. UPS was able to confirm the package was the correct weight and all items were successfully delivered and signed for upon delivery.
If the guest feels they were a victim of theft they'll need to file a report with their local authorities.

we only price match on the exact same two items but there are exclusions within our price match policy. The clearance price is only good while supplies last and we don’t price match clearance items. It sounds like the shoes [redacted] purchased in the store were the same exact item that was originally purchased online, which should be qualified for price matching. I’m not sure if the online promotion had expired at the time that [redacted] made the in-store purchase and the store team member couldn’t verify the promotion to honor it. I understand the inconvenience this has caused, so I’d be happy to make it right for our guest. Since it was an in-store purchase, I don’t have the access to the store system to process a refund of $7.50 back to [redacted]’s form of payment, so I’ve requested a $10.00 eGiftCard that will be sent to his email address. The eGiftCard would arrive within 4-24 hours. Target eGiftCards are usable online and/or simply print them off to use in stores.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I am rejecting this response because:They are still holding $22.86 of my funds.  Per my financial institution they have received nothing from Target authorizing the release of my funds.  There is nothing listed on the website that they hold funds...I purchased merchandise that has been paid for $17.44 but there is still the hold for $22.86.  They have been paid why can they not release my funds.  AGAIN THERE IS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE STATING THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY.  This does not seem like fair business practice as a consumer.
