I'm very sorry to hear that she didn't receive her beauty box even though the tracking information...

showed it as being delivered.
This certainly isn't the experience I'd like her to have and I've issued a full refund to her original method of payment. She should see the credit post within 5-7 business days.
Target strives to provide great guest service and clearly this wasn't the case. When guest's contact Target they are normally reaching an inbound only call center. This means that our team members can only receive incoming calls and the system isn't set up to make outbound calls. There are supervisors at the corporate office who can make outbound calls, which is who she spoke with so I'm not sure why a call back wasn't offered.
I've requested a Target GiftCard be sent to her email address to invite her back for a better experience.

and it’s disappointing to hear that we’ve let him down.I’m happy to say that [redacted] returned the incomplete product to the store on 12/15/17 and received a full refund. In addition, we also provided [redacted] with a $30 GiftCard and invited him to place a new order with us for the item he still needed. According to tracking information, the shipment for his new item arrived on 12/15/17 and [redacted] was able to use the GiftCard towards this new order. This new item is eligible to return through 3/22/18 for a full refund if needed, and [redacted] can take the item to his local store or print off a pre-paid shipping label from Target.com as he desires.It sounds like there’s an opportunity to improve clarity during communication between our team members and guests and I appreciate [redacted] sharing his experience with us. by placing orders using dynamic guest information.  Target reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise by resellers. A reseller is defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.   As an accommodation, we are refunding the purchase amount on orders [redacted] to replacement Target eGiftCards. I am rejecting this response because:If you listen to my initial 45 minute phone call with the target agent and the store rep it would verify what I was promised and I do not feel I need to take additional time to make phone calls to the store when this whole situation deals with target in general. I've wasted close 3 hours of my time to follow up on promises that target made regardless of if it was target store and or target online ...it is still target and nether the less represent your corporation. I would suggest listening to my initial phone call which again confirms what I have been promised. For a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars at your company ...I am being treated as if this was my one and only purchase I have ever made. I should of never had to waste almost 3 hours of my time to follow up on what you promised me...would of never of thought a "reputable " company would operate this way. In addition it took a Facebook post to finally obtained resolution of my $30 e-gift card which again I should of never had to take the time to doAgain I just want what your company promised and that is it.

We're not able to extend Monday's promotion. However, I would advise the guest to keep checking back throughout the holiday season for the latest offers. I understand my apologies may not completely eliminate the guest's frustration, but I hope he'll give us another chance and continue shopping with us. I do know for a fact that other customers were able to purchase items with the said discount the next business day after site issues were resolved. A vast majority were able to get the 15% discount on Tuesday morning with the help of online assistance from Target.
To tell a customer to keep shopping for other great deals after a previously advertised deal was not honored - through no fault of the consumer, is unacceptable.
The fact that Target has offered no resolution other than to keep shopping with them does not entail good business.
I would like a more appropriate resolution or advice on how to proceed with possible legal action on behalf of not only myself but other similarly situated customers. In most likelihood a class action on deceptive advertising practices.

Based on my research, the two Kinects were received in our returns center and were not processed correctly.  I have processed a full refund for the two Kinects, a total of $189.98 in the form of a Target eGiftCard which was the method payment that used. I can’t apologize enough knowing Target has our guest down. I have sent a $35 Target eGiftCard to [redacted]’s email address. The eGiftCard should be received within 4-24 hours which can be used on Target.com or simply print it to use in stores. I know I’m not able to change what [redacted] has already experienced, but I have confidence that if the eGiftCard is used toward a new order it will but much better Target.com experience. I am rejecting this response because:The iPad Air 2 order is the only order that was charged that tax rate. I invite you to go and look at all my past orders and look at the tax rate charged on each. You will see they were all charged at half the tax rate as the iPad Air 2 order and they are STILL being charged at the lesser tax rate. Please explain to me why ALL my other orders besides this one were charged at 4-5%.My shipping address hasn't changed in five years and it is the same at checkout and order confirmation as it is at the time of shipment.I'd also like to mention I bought an Apple Watch direct from Apple instead of Target. The Watch was $399 before tax. Guess how much tax they charged me? $15.I was not charged the correct amount of tax and will continue to fight for an explanation and remedy until I am satisfied.Simply repeating the same robotic answer each time I contact you is not going to suffice.
