Our research shows that a...

gift registry was created on April 2, 2015, with an event date listed for the following month. The first completion coupon was processed on April 3, 2015 and the second completion coupon was processed on May 6, 2015.
We've made several attempts to contact [redacted] and have not been able to connect with her to complete our research. We'd like to help and provide the missed discount and requested the receipt number from her purchase. Once we hear back from Ms. [redacted] we'll be happy to resolve her concerns. In the meantime, we want to meet your deadline.
A new feature we've just added to our Gift Registry program is digital completion coupons. Going forward guests can now access their completion coupons online, which will eliminate the need to send the coupons through the mail.

Thank you for creating a Baby Registry with Target, we understand there is a lot of preparations involved, which is why the completion coupon is sent out approximately 8 weeks before the event date. I was sorry to hear you didn't receive the coupon. Our system shows your registry was created on April 2, 2015 and the first completion coupon was sent out on April 3, 2015 and a second coupon was sent out on May 6, 2015.

I would be happy to help you with the missed discount. Please send me the receipt number from your purchase, it's the 18 digit number at the bottom of the receipt, following the letters REC.

I am rejecting this response because:due to the hassle of being on tatget.com chat for more than an hour and not getting the problem solved and the problem was not fixed in a few hours as the sale price was still not available at 10 PM that night when I tried to purchase it.

Target strives to ensure we follow our price match policy. Part of the policy states we will not price match an item if the online competitor has a promotion attached to...

their item. For example, if the Apple Watch [redacted] is referring to cost $249.00 at Best Buy with an extra 15% off, Target will not price match the 15% promotion, we will only price match the listed price which is $249.00 before the promotion. Per our price match policy, if the sale price on Best Buy is no longer available Target will not do a price match. Target's Team Members will need to validate that this item is still on sale for [redacted] to receive the price match. There are no rain-checks on price matching.
I believe the exclusion the Target Team Member was trying to explain to [redacted] is the current promotion Target.com has for the Apple Watches. Currently, Target.com has the Apple Watches full price with a $100 GiftCard. For example there is an Apple Watch that cost $349.00 with a $100 GiftCard. Best Buy has the same Apple Watch for $249.00. [redacted] has the option of getting the price match with Best Buy price without Target's $100 GiftCard or she can purchase the item through Target for the full price and receive the $100 GiftCard. Per our price match policy, Target will not issue [redacted] the $100 GiftCard if she chooses the Best Buy price of $249.00.
[redacted] can contact our guest service line to request a price match with Best Buy. She can explain that she does not want the GiftCard Target is offering with the Apple Watch, just the price match with Best Buy. When [redacted] calls, she can ask to speak to a supervisor and we'll be happy to assist her.

4/19/2016, at that point the replacement order was released to the fulfillment centers and the estimated date of arrival was updated to be between 5/3-6/2016. Once an order is in released status we’re unable to edit or cancel the order. The replacement order is scheduled to be shipped from our fulfillment center soon. Based upon the distance from [redacted]’s home to the fulfillment center, and the short amount of time it took to deliver the original order, I don’t believe that full 8-10 business days will be required for her to receive her replacement order. Once the Fire Table is in transit we will have the option of working with the delivery company, EFW, to return the item to Target for a full refund. If [redacted] no longer wants the item she will need to wait for the item to be in transit and then contact EFW or Target and request the item to be returned to sender. At the time his order was placed, we were having some technical issues with our international site which allowed some orders to be accepted when they shouldn’t have been. Our online operations team has identified the issue and the problem has been resolved.   Rest assured, he won’t be charged for the cancelled order and the authorization hold will drop off from his bank within the typical processing time.   I understand that our team sent an email letting him know that we regrettably do not have the ability to offer the item for the discounted price. However, we would like to offer him $100 off a new order for the phone because I value him as an international guest. If he chooses to take us up on that offer, he’ll simply need to place his new order then email us with his new order number and we will apply the discount.   Under the Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies section on the target.com terms and conditions, it states that “Target reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.”   Regrettably, this order will not be processed due to the issues outlined above. While I do value him as an international guest, Target is unable to process this order.   I know that I’m not able to change what you have already experienced, but I have confidence that if you place a new order you’ll have a much better shopping experience.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests.
