I am rejecting this response because:This was clearly on sale as you can see it is not the reg. Price.  It was this way for over 24 hours. On an endcap that was in the clearance section with an employee working in the area. Anywhere else you have to sell what its advertized for. No where does it say it has to be in a flyer

I am rejecting this response because:
While Target claims they have given me a refund, that is not true. I paid with a Target gift card. I just checked my balance and the balance is the same. Interesting how I spent 3-4 hours on the phone and no one was able to cancel my order or help me out normally. One chat rep after 45minutes told me to call the main target 800 number and press prompt #4. It hangs up on you. Try it out. I finally called (and hit a different prompt) and was transferred to Indians who didn't understand English. She said she'll transfer me to the department that could cancel the order. After waiting on hold for twenty minutes she said I'm sorry they seem to be busy now. So, it being after an hour and half of high blood pressure I asked to speak to her supervisor. Spoke a nice supervisor who said he'll research my issue and instead of holding he'll call me back later and let me know what's going on. I have yet to receive a phone call. Interesting how when I put in a Revdex.com complaint you respond right away. You claim this order was cancelled but received no refund, no email, no phone call. SHAME ON YOU TARGET! You're a disgusting company that outsources jobs so customers have to break their teeth (and ears) to understand the reps. and has ZERO customer service. Even after your message I noticed my balance still is the same. So I never received a refund. The 4 hours of my life I just spent on this issue I will never get back.

I completely understand his frustration with his order canceling to his bank.   Like any order on Target.com, preorders are only requested until an item ships and the guest is charged for an order. His preorder was only acknowledged by the ordering system and was cancelled when his bank was unable to accept the authorization hold. He can find more information in the help section along with the terms and conditions listed on Target.com. [redacted] called to report that she didn’t receive the item and a team member requested a replacement for the Nintendo 3DS on that same day, 09/01/2016.When a replacement order is requested, the funds from the original order is transferred to the replacement order, this was the reason why Target team members weren’t able to process a refund for [redacted]. In order to process a refund for these situations, the replacement order must be cancelled or returned if it has shipped. It looks like the Nintendo 3DS is unavailable online and out of stock in stores, this is why her replacement is on backordered. Normally, we’re not able to cancel a replacement order but since it’s on backordered status, it’s cancellable by our Order Research Team. I’ve requested that the replacement order be cancelled. When using PayPal to pay for a Target.com order, the refund will be in a form of Target GiftCards. [redacted] should receive a refund eGiftCard of $185.49 within 4-24 hours at the email address provided on the order.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted]. I can only imagine her disappointment when the beanie she ordered wasn’t delivered by the estimated delivery date provided. I know when she contacted Target regarding this matter she expected a fast and quick resolution and this clearly hasn’t been the case; I’m deeply sorry. I’ve requested a manual refund of $1.46 back to her REDcard for the beanie she never received. She’ll receive the refund within 5-7 business days. Target strives to provide our guests with an effortless guest service experience and the experience she’s described is unacceptable. I’ll follow up with the team members that she spoke with and their leaders to provide coaching to make sure they’re familiar with the process and procedures Target has in place. This will ensure that they’re confirming a replacement is wanted before one is created, and that correct information is being shared with our guests going forward. I recognize there are many options on where [redacted] can shop, and that’s why I truly appreciate that she’s been a loyal Target guest. I’ve sent her a $10 Target eGiftCard to her email address. While I know I’m not able to change what she’s already experienced, I have confidence that if she uses the eGiftCard toward a new order she’ll have the experience she’s come to know and love from Target. I am rejecting this response because:
I received the gift card; however, it is not true the shirts were not available.  I found a couple of colors on line, but could not get any  help from Target.  I specifically asked to hear from a district manager, but kareem (customer service) refused to let me.  I received numerous excuses from numerous people. This is horrible customer service.  I still want to hear from a district manager from Target .  You cannot just buy a customer off with a gift card.    There is not excuse from the very poor service. It is not true that the shirts were not available.  Target just refused to help me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Although I appreciated the proposed resolution, I decided the other mirrored consoles would not work for me.  I was able to place a 5th order for the original item and it was shipped on Tuesday 5/19/2016 with an additional discount refunded to me by target on 5/20/16 for my troubles. I am satisfied with the service provided by target corporate regarding this matter .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I want to clarify that I did have the funds in my visa account.  I placed the order in February and since I had placed the order my card had expired, so it was cancelled.  I was only wanting the money placed back on the gift cards.  But I did have the funding in my account but because of their misunderstanding of the obvious release date, it did not go through because the card was cancelled.

ordered was the Goonies [Blu-ray], online item number [redacted], regular price was $9.99 and the current online sales price is $7.00. The wrong item that our guest received is the Goonies [With Happy Feet 2 Movie Cash], online item number [redacted], regular price listed at $14.99 and it’s currently on sale at $7.00 the same price as the one he ordered. Rest assured, the wrong DVD that [redacted] received has a higher dollar value.   [redacted] reported his first wrong item received for his original order 9[redacted]826 on 06/13/2016, our team member processed a replacement without needing the wrong item to be returned. When he reported that he received the wrong DVD a second time on 06/20/2016, a team member had sent him a $10.00 Target GiftCard for his wrong item received experience.   I understand that [redacted] preferred to receive the correct DVD that he ordered, but unfortunately, when a replacement had been processed on the original order, Target isn’t able to request another replacement on top of a replacement due to system limitation. [redacted] is welcome to return the wrong DVD back to our return center for a full refund or bring the wrong DVD with its packing slip to the nearest store to exchange for the correct one. I’ve initiated a return for the second wrong DVD, which our guest should receive a return confirmation email and within that email there are steps how to print off a free pre-paid label to mail it back to us. As soon as we receive the item back, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests.
