I am rejecting this response because:
I requested a call from the business and have not received one.  Additionally, no one has addressed one of my biggest concerns which was the customer service experience and Target's refusal to make the situation right by sending me an item that was not damaged - an item that was still in stock.  I want to speak with someone in the executive office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I appreciate the quick response and favorable decision from Target. I am a frequent Target shopper and hope Target will do their best to protect their customers. Here are a few comments to share for Target to consider:1. Giftcardmall told me they generate their gift card numbers and don't buy them from individual persons. I don't expect the gift card number to leak from giftcardmall.2. I purchased the gift card on 11/23, and didn't scrach the back of the gift card to see the number/pin until 2/28 for an online Target.com purchase. Within 48 hours, on 3/1, the gift card was used by another person.4. If this gift card theft happens so quickly to a Target.com purchase, it's highly likely orders at Target.com are being monitored by hackers. And please know that I make many online purchases at Lowes.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, ebay.com, etc. with gift cards. None of those gift cards got used by other people.5. I was unaware that my gift card info got saved to my Target.com account after making just one online purchase.6. Target call center rep told me that I can see the entire gift card numbers and pins in my online account, if there is still a balance of the gift card. I don't consider that a safe practice. If god forgives that another significant data breach happens to Target.com, how many gift card numbers/pins will be stolen? It's better to only show the last 4 digits of the gift card number and the pin. Something like that.7. When I call Target gift card department quite a few times, Target reps always blame Giftcardmall for the possible leak of the gift card info, even after I told them they sell millions of gift cards in bulk to retail/grocery stores and it's unlikely they purchase cards from individuals.8. I hope it's safe to shop on Target.com and no one from inside Target are involved in this incident.Anyway, thank you for the action taken by Target! I am rejecting this response because:  I have  documentation from the Target.com web site on my account showing the refunds were approved. As stated before  customer service did not  process the return by being able to send me a return address label.  One reason this has taken so long, is after the first few times I talked with customer service, the phone conversations would last longer and longer.  How can the information on MyAccount show these items were approved for refund, but they never could send a return label, which I was told was required and this be my responsiblity ?.                                                            doI was told during one of these long conversations that it was posted to my account showing I contacted for return within the time frame required.   I don't feel it is my fault customer service could not send aIsimple return label.  I hired GetHuman to help resolve this, because I am in bad health and not able to be on the phone for hours at a time. I know Target does not care, but I will not shop with them again if this matter is not corrected. The tablet has never  been taken out of the box, it is in perfect condition.  The insurance on one of the tablets was refunded, but I was not notified until I started this process again in August. This is so frustrating, why did it take two months for  Target to send a response to Ed, from Get Human ?   I recently called about other orders and after long conversations was told 2 $5.00 I was supposed to receive would be credited to my credit card, which was not done. This is only $10.00, cut this shows Customer Service tells customers one thing and does not follow thru. He first told me, my email address was incorrect was why I didn't get the money, I told hime it was correct, and I don;t remember the other reason, but I was on the phone for at least 45 minutes.  This has taught me a valuable lesson,, in documenting

The hold will fall off at Midnight on the 25th of December, when it automatically expires. They have made no effort to remedy this situation of dishonest advertising or dishonest customer service associates. The item is still listed for the discounted price so saying it is an error is another lie by Target.

I am rejecting this response because:
I used the eBay bucks when paying this transaction. When refunded, the eBay bucks is not refunded (at least I cannot use it anymore). I would like to request a replacement or refund in the form of store credit.

This style of chair is advertised at $84.98-$152.99 and the specific ones that he is interested in is in between those prices so there isn’t any false advertisement involved.   I apologize but there is no further action needed from Target and I have closed this case.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I sincerely apologize for mistakenly using the name of the guest whose billing information appears on Ms. [redacted]’s order.  This name comes directly from the information associated with the order on this case and I want to assure her that despite my error, this is not a matter of mixing up accounts.It sounds as though she has been able to purchase another bed for her grandson.  I did have options that were available for her, but we were unable to connect.  As stated in my original response, on 12/20/2016 I issued a $10 electronic Target GiftCard to the email address used on the order; I now see that it has been returned as undeliverable.  I’ve reissued a physical $10 Target GiftCard that will arrive via USPS within 10 business days to the ship to address on the order.At this time, there is nothing more I can do but to apologize for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused her.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. Once again - as I already stated (but as you can see, no one actually addresses this directly) is: The request I made, that is not being honored, is to have the $55 refunded by the Target store.  Waiting 3-5 business days when this started last Saturday and will not be resolved until at least Thursday, is an absolutely terrible business practice, particularly because none of this was my fault and yet no one can help me.The issue that I clearly stated at least two times (so this is the third) - is that my Target credit card has been charged for this.  So, the interest clock started when I haven't received the product I paid for.  Unacceptable - and the lack of real responses outside of apologizing for the "inconvenience" is hardly helpful at all.  At this point, it's a lost cause as I keep getting the same exact answer to the same exact problem which is still not resolved.
