conversation with us, it seems there may have been some miscommunication regarding the accent tables.   We do everything we can to make returns easy for our guests, which is why in addition to accepting returns at our Target stores, we also provide the option for guests to create a return online at Target.com. Return shipping labels are automatically created for guests on our site, and the items can be dropped off at our guests’ convenience at the nearest UPS location. I am rejecting this response because:I believe I should have been notified beforehand that a reset was made on the purchase. This console was purchased as a gift for someone. A reset is not notified anywhere on the Target.com website or receipt. I would like to exchange the console for a working one if possible.

We received the refund on our credit card, only after having to drive for hours to purchase a replacement pair. However, we find it insulting that the "e-gift card" was invalid. We went to Target on Sat. Nov. 14th to purchase items as presents for our cousins birthday party the next day. After standing in-line and having both my target account as well as the original e-mail up and ready it did not work. To begin, it states a "web enabled phone." I have a smart phone which runs Windows OS, and had loaded the "gift card" to my target account. It did not bring up a screen for them to scan. Two cashiers and a manager tried to manually enter the "Card Number" "Access Number" as well as "Event Number". After three failed attempts they no longer tried as they noted the card to be invalid and in particular the access number to be far too short. I think it is extremely rude and misleading to further inconvenience customers and put us through such an embarrassing ordeal by providing us a "gift card" which does not work.

Our guest attempted to use the eGiftCard that was emailed to her on 11/11/15 at her local Target store. The eGiftCard can only be used online for Target.com purchases only.
I have sent our guest a replacement physical giftcard to the billing address we have on file. The physical giftcard can be used online on Target.com and any Target store. I've advised the guest to allow 7-10 business days for delivery for the replacement giftcard. Attached is the communication that was sent to our guest.

experienced. I will follow-up with the team member she spoke with and I will provide coaching to ensure this doesn't happen again.
One of her packages that contained the belted dress, crochet top, and coat were shipped by UPS. For a more convenient delivery, they handed her package to USPS for the final delivery. On 11/14 USPS lost track of her package so a team member resent the items. She was not charged for the second order so I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused her. Unfortunately the crochet top was cancelled from her replacement order because it became out of stock although I am happy to see that the new package was delivered on 11/23.
Her second package that contained the blouse was shipped by USPS. They attempted to deliver the item on 10/29 and left a notice on the door. On 10/30 they marked the item as undeliverable. This could be due to a number of reasons however they didn't provide the reason to Target. They returned her item to our return center which they then refunded her for because it was out of stock at the time. Since there is a high volume of orders, Target is unable to reach out to every guest about their order which is why she received a generated email regarding her return on 11/06.

I am rejecting this response because:  Good morning!  Their response is outrageously offensive!  I know their policy and I copy & pasted it to the Revdex.com complaint.  Now they're accusing me of disruption to return items at the return desk?!?!  What?!?!  The added words presented in Target's respsonse to Revdex.com are not in the policy at all.  Here's the policy pulled from Target's website about a couple minutes ago below.  Also you cannot prove whether something purchased is for personal use or for gifting purposes and it's also none of the store's business.  Again here's the policy:If I want a refund on an item I bought with a coupon, will the refund include the amount of the coupon? If you used a manufacturer's coupon to purchase an item and decide to return that item, you'll receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item plus the amount of the coupon.
