AFTER we ordered the Items (Seven SETS of 2 Each), we Received aConfirmation Email & a Shipping Email from Target.com CONFIRMING Both Times the DESCRIPTION we Ordered is What WeShould/Would be Receiving.After the Shipment was SHORTED 7 Tubs we Ordered, we found the Description on Target.com had been changed to """Utility Storage Tubs And Totes - Sterlite""", with someone removing the words """2 NUMBER OF PIECES IN SET - MULTI-COLORED""". Also stated in Original Complaint, Target may have the “right” to change their website, but NOT AFTER WE ORDER & ARECHARGED FOR AN ITEM IN FULL.Morgan stated Target's ""website was incorrect. The price of $4.00 was for one storage box and our webstite has been updated."" Well if that is TRUE, then our Original Complaint STANDS AS THE TRUTH for the New "updated" Description is back to """UTILITY STORAGE TUBS AND TOTES PLASTIC - 2 NUMBER OF PIECES IN SET - MULTI-COLORED- STERLITE""", the SAME Description WE Ordered From. Proof is ON Target.com http://www.target.com/p/utility-storage-tubs-and-totes-plastic-2-number-of-piece...⇄ found Linked through Our 2 Emails From Target.So By Morgan's OWN Admission, & her claim of an Updated Corrected Description, either Target CHEATED us of 7 Tubs, or they are Promoting False Advertising with the Description for these 56 Qt Tubs. #2 .....Morgan has No Clue what this Tub cost on Target.com, or didn't Bother to Look. When we Purchased these 7 Sets of 2 Tubs, the SALE Price was then $4.00, with a Promotion "Spend $25, Get $5 Off" which Ended Saturday. This "$30 eGiftCard" she claims was sent will NOT Cover the COST of the 7 Tubs we were CHEATED out of. The New Price is $4.99 EACH PLUS Shipping unless an order is $50 or More.

Apple iPad Air 2 are extremely popular and our buyers do their best to ensure we have enough inventory; this can prove to be a difficult task at times. At the time the guest placed the order for the iPad Air 2 Target.com showed that we were out of stock. The cycle of restocking had probably taken place but due to high sales volume our website didn’t update promptly. Our technical team is already aware of the issue and will continue to monitor the website for future errors. The current promotion includes iPad Air 2’s with different GB amounts which is reflected on the price. The current price range for the iPad air 2 is $299.99-$399.99 depending on the GB size. Her order included 13 items with the addition of a free $10 promotional eGiftCard. During the time of pick up [redacted] was only able to purchase 12 of the 13 items, which totaled $51.09. The Ticonderoga Eraser would have been the 13th item, but it was cancelled from the order. Since the Ticonderoga Eraser was cancelled the overall total price dropped to $61.09.[redacted] was charged two separate amount, since there were two separate transactions. $51.09 was charged as one transaction, since all 12 items were picked up at the same time. $10.00 was charged separately, since the eGiftCard was shipped separately to her email address.Please keep in mind, promotional GiftCards don’t ship until the qualifying item has been purchased. Because free GiftCards are shipped separately, we need to assign a value to the item in order to ship it to our guests’. It may appear as though she’s being charged for the eGiftCard, but she received discounts on other items totaling the promotional value, which totaled $10.00.Because the items shipped separately, she noticed two separate authorizations on her payment method. With that being said, I know this isn't the resolution [redacted] was looking for and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment we’ve caused. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, BUT since ll of the available info has already been sent to TARGET, why have they refused to reply to several attempts to finish this?The original card was a gift.It has a balance of US$29.11.I sent the original card via USPS certified mail in 6/2015 and it was signed for by Target Corporation.They have already acknowledged receipt of the letter with the enclosed card by signing the USPS receipt and also by a return letter from "Robert".I sent all the documentation back to "Robert" in 9/2015 and have heard nothing back.In March of 2016 I spoke with "Chastity" at Target Corporate HQ and all of this was confirmed before the call was disconnected.Since then NOBODY has been able to find anything.

was already refunded $5.69 on 12/7/17 and $25.75 on 12/8/17. The remaining amount of $49.29 that has not been refunded was sent in a replacement order on 11/30/17. The tracking shows this package was delivered to the guest on 12/4/17. Since the guest still has not received these items, I have processed the final refund of $49.29 for the guest today. They should see this refund reflected on their card account within the next 14 business days. So the guest should have received their full refund for the original package that was damaged in transit for the total amount of $80.73. I have sent the guests experience and feedback to our internal teams to look into and put into consideration. I am rejecting this response because:That is not true. There should have been 21.00 left on the card and the rep that I spoke to on the phone Sunday CONFIRMED that. Also, the rep on the phone on Tuesday did not give the same reason as to why the gift card was not being replaced, she just stated that you guys "DO NOT REPLACE GIFT CARDS BECAUSE IT IS LIKE LOSING CASH". You are right, I did go into Target twice that day, as we forgot stuff the first time...however one transaction was made on my husbands credit card and I have the bank statement to prove it. I guess its just easier for you guys to lie to the Revdex.com so you meet the criteria of "addressing the issue" so that it can be closed Answered in your favor. I know how this works. I am rejecting this response because: Target's response is ridiculous. They did not address that I accepted the electronic raincheck and did as I was told -- to wait till it became available on site again and call to place the order. 2 days later, the item was once again available on Target's site. I called and was told they would not honor the price/shipping match even though I had a case number that stated I should get those. It is once again not available on their site.This issue is about their terrible customer service more than the product itself. Companies that sell to consumers should not be able to get away with that kind of service. Also, their email only stated that the order was cancelled. It did not state why. If it truly was cancelled due to no supply, why was it put back on their website 2 days later?I didn't see anything from Target's response that they were sorry for anything. They deflected all responsibility and its terrible that businesses can get away with that.

To file a complaint with the post office it's asking me questions I would not know the answer to since 1 I never received my package and 2 I never agreed to have my package delivered by the post office . I was never contacted on 1/19 or 1/20. The last conversation I had with a customer service agent was that he was going to contact the distribution center to see what the issue was and call me back so he could place the order on my behalf to make sure it was correct (for the third time). He also said he would be calling to help me replace the order so I could get the same promotion I received the first and second time the order was placed, but target sent out the incorrect items. I would like to be contacted by target to make this right.

I am rejecting this response because:After not receiving a response, I contacted them again on their social media page... it is only when I made another attempt to shame them on Social Media that they actually cancelled the order for me. I received a general auto email saying that they canceled the item, no apology, no call to say how they are sorry for the inconvenience, nothing! Just that it was cancelled. IT DID NOT SHIP, AND I WILL NOT BE GETTING THE ITEM AT NO CHARGE. There was no delay in shipping, they didn't even have the item to sell! They obtain it from another source and that is when it was "delayed" There response is acting as if they did something to benefit me... when the only thing they did is cancel an order for an item they don't even sell!!!!!!! They also are implying for the consumers to see that they shipped it and gave it to me for free, when in actuality they canceled it, did not charge me for something I never got! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMESTANCES DID THEY RESOLVE AN ISSUE, THEY JUST REMOVED THE ISSUE ALL TOGETHER AND NOW ARE LYING THAT THEY GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE?
