I am rejecting this response because:
Evidently whomever responded can't comprehend that I'm a MALE and not a FEMALE and do not appreciate being referred to as "HER"! With that said they did not address issues.1). I originally ordered 12 packs with the promotions of $20.00 off $100.00 and 4 free $10.00 gift cards my final cost for the 12 packs would have been less then $60.002). Target canceled order and decided to send me 3 packs of paper towels that I did not order as well as gift cards where they charged me for them.3). This company has not apologized for any of this.4). They stated they called but left no message or anyway for me to contact them without calling a call center where the people in some of country has about the same low/no customer service as the person that responded to this Revdex.com Complaint.5). Target did not explain why they charged me for gift cards that I did not order and were part of the promotion for what I had ordered and did not receive.

While this replacement GiftCard did cancel due to an error on our end, I’ve confirmed that the other communications we’ve sent to [redacted] at both of her email addresses were successfully delivered. Because some email carriers will block communication from retailers, I recommend that [redacted] add the following email addresses to her contacts: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Adding these emails to her contact list should allow [redacted] to see our communications going forward. To assist [redacted] with her cancelled GiftCard, I’ve sent a physical GiftCard to the shipping address on her order, which should arrive in 7-10 business days through USPS. I’ve also increased the amount to $25 for our REDcard guest as a gesture of goodwill. I realize this hasn’t been an ideal experience for [redacted] and I’d love to invite her back in the near future for the kind of online experience she truly deserves as a Target guest. As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I am rejecting this response because: it does not resolve anything, they have offered me what the store manager said in the end to return it. For the scratch in a tv that I purchased that was not scratched, for the trouble and hassel of the past few weeks, to being called a liar by staff compensation for my time and damage should be made.  Like I said I know an exchange is likely not possible but the store manager agreed to a discount or gift card which she should have kept her end of the bargain on.

like this was the case with her order which was why only a portion of the order was cancelled. Target.com processes orders as quickly as possible so they ship to our guest in a timely fashion. When asking to have an order cancelled there is not a guarantee it will cancel, it's only a request.
I'm unable to issue a refund for the shipping cost as the items were successfully delivered. I advised the guest that if she purchase items on Target.com using a Target REDcard standard shipping is free.

I will let the Revdex.com know again I was told the order was canceled and the order showed up anyway. Also, you should know that two of the pillow cases were wrong. They say "the coolest kid in town" as opposed to "Messy hair don't care". This is one of the party favors for my daughter's 10 Birthday. What girl is going to want "coolest kid in town" versus "messy hair don't care". I had to go to Target to purchase 3 more including the one I canceled trying to cancel this order. So the $240 dollars would not have been a total waste. I don't think your decision was well thought-out. There are state and federal laws against exorbitant shipping charges. $240.00 shipping on a 3 lb package falls in this category. I will now call my state attorney general's office. Maybe they can assist me in this matter. Thank you.

As I stated in my previous email, when a cancellation is requested for an order there is no guarantee it will cancel as we process them quickly so the order ships to our guests as soon as possible. Prior to submitting an order on Target.com you can view the total cost of and modify the order.
I advised the guest her order was successfully delivered using the delivery method she selected, because of this I'm unable to issue a refund for the cost of the shipping; however, if she received an incorrect item with her order she can return it to our return center and I can set up a replacement order or refund for those items. I advised the guest to respond to this email with the quantity and 8 digit item number of the incorrect item she received and I'll refund the cost of the shipping for those items.

I am rejecting this response because:
To this very MOMENT they have NOT credited my VISA card ending in [redacted] for the items in question. The hold has been placed on my card since 12/30. The original amount was $22+. The amount for the towel was credited towards the purchase of the bra & panties that I bought the same day I picked up the towel. They told me 24-48 hours after the order is cancelled I would get a refund. They hold is $14.54 on my VISA. The website said ALL items were available for in-tore pick-up same day.  Maybe the confirmation email did only include the towel but I did not expect not to get the items later than Jan. 1, 2017.  If I had known I had to wait for the items to be shipped I would not have placed the order. The tracking information said the items were coming from DEPEW, NY which is a 45 minute drive from Niagara Falls, NY.  Why would I wait over a week for something to come from a 45 minute drive. SHAME ON TARGET!!!! ALL THIS MADNESS FOR $14.54!!!! Then the chat agent promised me a $5 gift card when I complained about my order taking over a week to come from a city 45 minutes away via UPS. I never got the gift card!!! At this point I just need to get my refund due of $14.54. My granddaughter got her Shopkin bra and panties. If she didn't love it so much I would take those back and buy elsewhere. I am so MAD over all the changes I've had to go through!!!!

USPS attempted to deliver the package to her on 02/07, however, they didn’t leave the package at her shipping address due to having no secure location available. At this time, USPS doesn’t allow Target to make any changes to deliveries so our Team Members were unable to make any changes to the delivery.   Her package was successfully delivered on 02/14 by USPS so I’m unable refund her.   I’ve shared her experience with our shipping team so that they can look into this further.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. 08/11 because it was out of stock. Since Target.com doesn’t charge for items until they ship, she wasn’t charged for the order until 08/09. UPS shipped it back to our return center but unfortunately they didn’t provide a reason to why it was shipped back. I finished processing her refund in the amount of $107.96 and she should receive it within 7-10 business days back to her MasterCard. I submitted a ticket to our technical team to look into why she never received an email with tracking information regarding her order. It isn't right and no one has researched.  I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  I have over 100 people on my behalf that will attest to their practices.  Lastly Target should be expecting to be served with lawsuit papers any day now.  All they have to do is investigate the issue.  They haven't.  I don't want this case closed either.  I am also now considering this a race issue as well.  I hope that they research this issue.

However, Target offers an accommodation to help exchange items without a receipt using a valid form of ID, such as a driver's license. In this case the store offered an accommodation for you and would have allowed you to exchange your calculator for similar model. You declined. Because the calculator was purchased more than 60 days ago we aren’t able to assist with a return. I know this has been a frustrating experience for you. I attempted to search for the guest's second order based on the email address we have on file from previous orders, but was still not able to find the guest's order. Guest was upset and disconnected call while assisting her.

Target offered free holiday shipping on certain items that were supposed to arrive by Saturday, December 23rd. All of the items I ordered was apart of that promotion. I even had to spend over an hour trying to get in contact with customer service because something in my cart was malfunctioning and not giving the correct shipping cost. Furthermore, the item arrived in time, but only ONE piece of a 3 piece set arrived. The replacement did not arrive until December 27th. I then went online to order another set of just regular pajamas and pick them up in store and after driving the 30 minutes to get there .... again, the wrong size was waiting for me. And they were out of my size. Again, leaving me with no ther options.

Thanks for contacting Target through the Revdex.com regarding your recent experience. Please accept my sincere apology for any frustration and inconvenience. I understand you tried to exchange a repackaged Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker Wristband - Slate. However, our store team members wouldn't replace it with a new item.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I contacted our O'Fallon Target store and a Leader on Duty explained that repackaged items cannot be exchanged for a brand new item because the item was sold "as is". However, our O'Fallon location will gladly accept returns. All Electronics and entertainment items must be returned within 30 days for a refund.
I know how frustrating it can be when an item doesn't work out, you may want to contact the manufacturer for warranty or repair assistance.

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted] and his inquiry about his refund.   I understand that our guest is requesting a refund for his order in the amount of $5063.98 for an order he placed through Target.com on June 1, 2015 for two diamond rings.  In...

researching the case, I see that the guest was notified the return received at our online return center was missing the diamond rings, it contained only empty ring boxes and that we would not be able to process a refund until the rings were returned. Our team members had also advised him that he could file a claim through USPS, the carrier he chose to return his purchase through.  Target provides pre-paid labels should our guest decide to return an item.  These labels are provided free of charge but do not carry additional insurance protection.  This order was also eligible to be returned to a local store, another option that Target provides our guests. Since that time, Target teams spent several months working with American Express to help resolve the dispute that the guest filed with them.  All of the necessary information was provided so that they could complete their investigation. Ultimately, we will not be able to process a refund until the rings are returned.  We are however, willing to extend our return policy should our guest return the rings. We aren’t able to offer any additional options for this situation.   As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests.
