I suggest you give this over to the CEO of your company as you obviously have no idea what you are doingCan you also let me know why I had an appointment scheduled on June by Mark in your oversees call center. On 1/20/an order was placed to remove the contract on the account and it was dated back to install date of 12/21/This would prorate the service back to monthly rates removing contractual pricingOn 2/4/the internet service was removedOn 2/12/line ###-###-#### was ported out to another carrierOn 3/24/the remaining line (###-###-####) was canceled and the order was dated back to 2/12/The charges on the account are correct

Upon reviewing your complaint it appears on August 2, an email receipt was sent to your personal email address
[email protected] quoting services at $before taxes and surcharges for your bundled servicesYour first bill included $in one-time prorated charges for services provided in-between billing cycles for the dates 8/through 8/
On September 28th you changed your billing period to the 7th of each monthIt was previously the 28th of each monthThis caused your most recent bill to include $in prorated charges for services provided from the 28th of September through the 7th of OctoberThis bill was essentially a month-and-a-half of service, since the billing periods were changedYou received a bill dated 8/28/and your next bill you received was dated 10/7/I hope this provides some clarification regarding the charges and as to why your most recent bill was higher, due to the changes made
There was a one-time charge of $to change the billing cycleI apologize if you were not informed of this charge. As a courtesy, I adjusted this charge

kind of resolution I wanted, and I just wanted my subscription to be the price that I agreed to pay, and for it to stay that way until my services were over in May of this coming year, and she told me that she was going to contact Carmen, the girl that sold me the package, and that she would call me right back, but I haven't heard anything since

We are not able to determine if the issue is inside unless a technician is dispatchedThe dispatch charge is $if the trouble is found to be on the insideSince the repair tech fixed the inside issue the charge is $per hour and the $dispatch charge is waived
