Dear *** ***ki,
We have received and reviewed your concerns with your Cincinnati Bell account # *** and the Priced for Life. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your
PFL (priced for life) was removed on 08/14/14, due to changes made to your bundle your wireless service was ported out and also promotions added to your account which changed your bundle pricing. Cincinnati Bell will not be able to add the PFL feature back to your account due to changes that were made and promotions added to the account.
PFL rules stated that customers cannot make any changes to your bundle, not available on promotionally priced home phone and internet monthly service plans.
I have sent information received for coaching and training due to no callback received. If you are still receiving slower speeds for your internet please call Cincinnati Bell technical support at ***, and they will be happy to assist you
It is never Cincinnati Bell’s intention to upset or frustrate our customers. On behalf of Cincinnati Bell, I apologize if you feel we have done so in this matter

Regards,
*** *** ***,Thanks for
contacting me about closing the complaint I am satisfied with the business response although I am waiting to see if they follow through with their suggested action. Unfortunately I won't know until the next billing cycle whether that happens or not, so the day acceptance period was not long for me to determine that. I don't think its fair to close my complaint as "not satisfied with the company's response", so if you can update that to "satisfied", it would be better. I supposed I could always open another complaint if they don't follow through on what they promised. Thanks,
Hello, Please close this complaintThis has been resolvedThe customer called and spoke to a supervisor on 07-15-15. Thanks. RhondaExecutive CareCincinnati Bell
