This letter is in response to the rebuttal that you filed with the Revdex.com regarding your final bill.
We were able to listen to the call and the representative estimated that the final bill would be $55.57. I have adjusted the late fee and taxes and the final bill amount is $54.08 please pay that amount due at your earliest convenience.
It is never Cincinnati Bell’s intention to upset or frustrate our customers. On behalf of Cincinnati Bell, I apologize if you feel we have done so in this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.    The final bill has not been dealt with yet, waiting on it to be posted so I can take it to the local Cincinnati Bell Office. Its obvious that the customer is the bad guy in the situation and you will defend your company, no matter how wrong you are. You say that I do not have a contract on the account, yet I have my copy of the paper in my hand. It is carbon, that means I have a copy and you should too. Yet, I am the one that is misinterpreting everything? Anyways, I will continue to reject your fix to the solution, so your company can look like the superhero that does no wrong. I will be sending a copy of my complaint to the state as well. It is sad that customers are treated like they are and your answer is "I am sorry you misinterpreted wrong".
