Technician did not come inside my house and fix anything!! You state if it outside there is no chargeHe should have informed me there was going to be a charge and he did not and I should not have been charged since HE DID NOT FIX ANYTHING ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE!! You have proved my point that you could care less about your customers and you think that what you say is the end all and be all and we the consumers will just have to pay itLet me tell you its not and I wont! You will be receiving a call to shut my service off because I dont need it nor do I want it! Regards,

I am asking for resolution which is why you were copied on the letter. I am asking Cincinnati Bell to review the matter at hand - an overbilling and to cease and desist from sending my account to a collection agency.One of the only recourses a consumer has against large organizations is
to bring an issue to the attention of Consumer Watchdogs/Advocates.Cincinnati Bell had no qualms in sending my account to a collection agency and threatening my credit rating (which is excellent). I want Cincinnati Bell to review my account, to cancel the charge and to apologize. They lost a very good customer due to their inability to fix an accounting problem.I am hoping that by copying you on the original complaint, you will follow up with Cincinnati Bell. If Cincinnati Bell fails to respond that my complaint will be included in their review and possibly affect their Revdex.com Rating

I have reviewed the response to my complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I did go to my billing statement online and did not see that my promotional period was going to run out or that there was going to be an up charge after the promotional period. UNTIL I hit the PDF button to look at my bill in the PDF form and then scrolling down I saw that the promotional period was going to expire. So ONLY when the bill is looked at in PDF form can you see when the promotional period will endVery tricky for you to hide it there where most people would not look and then you can say that you had provided the information. Not very transparent and designed to scam customers. I will not go forward with any products from your company as I feel your practices are unethical and designed to deceive.I would like to pay my original rate of $for January and February and not the additional rate of $222, but I doubt you will allow it since it seems you have gone to great deceptive lengths to get these additional monies.

representatives misinformed you about Wirecare, but Cincinnati Bell’s position
standsThe work that needs to be done to your inside wiring is not coveredThe
misinformation was human error and it has been submitted to the
representative’s supervisor for coaching and training
I have spoken with William who was your installation
technician, and Ronald who was scheduled to perform your wiring repairs on
8/20/William verified he did not cut any inside wiresHe removed the 2nd
DMARC and installed a new pots splitter to enable your internet to work
Nothing this technician did caused the problems with your inside wiring
Both technicians
verified they advised the repairs were a billable service and that Wirecare
would not cover the charges for installing a new jack or the repairs that need
to be doneWirecare is a maintenance plan meant to cover repairs on inside
wiring that was working and went badWirecare does not cover the complete
rewiring of a customer’s residence because of pre-existing conditions
Wirecare has not been added to your accountThe order
that would have added Wirecare to your account was cancelled when the repair
visit was cancelled on 8/
As previously advised Cincinnati Bell does not own the
inside wiring so you have the option to shop around and hire an electrician or
contractor of your choice to replace or repair your wiring
Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this has
caused you as a customer

While it does sound like the folks over at Cincinnati bell are making every effort to solve the problem, their response is placed in future terms The implication that they are "going" to talk to the collections agency and "going" to send a "recommendation" to a supervisor is all well and good but, in order for the problem to be resolved, I need a firm statement that I can put in my records that says that the collections agency "has" been spoken to and that the supervisor approved of the recommendation I would like to say, though, that I appreciate the energy that both the folks at the Revdex.com and Cincinnati Bell have exhibited since the problem has been brought to their attention

Once again there was no contract for service on your accountThe sales representative you ordered services with would have given you a receipt quoting the package ordered and the promotions givenThis receipt is not a contract for service or pricingThis was a month to month service and all introductory promotions given were only good for the first year
The representative that placed the disconnect order on your account mistakenly scheduled the due date on 4/25/The 25th is the 1st day of your billing cycle and Cincinnati Bell does not prorate final bills for non-regulated internet and cable servicesThis caused a final bill for a full month of service to print
The full final bill of $is being adjusted and you will owe nothing further
Your account has been cancelled as of 4/25/and is final
