The Executive Care Representative *** that called you regarding your complaint works in my group here in the Executive Office. I heard her on the phone with you handling the complaint that is why it was closed out in the Revdex.com. It is a waste of time for two representatives to handle the same complaint. Your order was rescheduled and you were given a month credit. All issues have been addressed and resolved.

According to our records you placed an order to move your service on 5-1-that was due 5-9-You were not happy with the due date so the order was escalated to 5-4-When the order was originally placed there was someone living at the new location and we had to wait for a disconnect order
to be placed to be able to schedule your service to be installedThe residence that you moved from carried a balance and that was carried over to your new locationAnytime a customer moves service the balance is carried over to the new accountIn your case that is what happened and that balance was not paid and went past due and that is why the service was denied on 6-27-Your service has been restored and a payment for the past due that was owed was madeYou currently have a bill of $DUE BY JUL

Account # *** was activated after the bankruptcy filing date so the final amount due on this account is valid

This nothing more than a money grab and deceptive business practice by Cincinnati Bell and *** will never do business with them again. I will be cancelling my home service with Cincinnati Bell as well. I now understand why Cincinnati Bell has struggled for so long.

We are showing you have had your services bundled with Priced for Life since 12/2009. Online backup and storage has always been in your Price for Life services, however it was billed under:
Zoomtown Advantage with 25G Storage.
We no longer bill the online backup and storage with the Zoomtown service; it comes separately itemized on your bill. With Price for Life you can remove that service, and not affect the core products in your Priced for Life bundle. I have placed an order to remove that service. I have given credits back to 12/05/14; you will see credits on you 04/05/billing statement.
I have also sent for coaching and development due to misinformation received by our Reps.

I am waiting for answers from her team members that she requestedWhen we hear from them, I will hopefully be able to mark this complaint as being resolved.I appreciate the reduced rateHowever, as I mentioned before download speeds below mbps basically render the internet un-reachableAnd I am not talking about high bandwidth applications such as *** or ***Just banking and investment sites like *** *** and ***.On 9-6-I ran surf speed testsI have uploaded the graphAs you can see only of the were above mbpstests were below with 1 as low as mbps (No Internet service)Hopefully CB with view this as an "outage" or "broken" and take what ever steps needed to fix itI have been a CB customer for a long time and I can't believe they would provide service as bad as this or knowingly let it go unresolved.I look forward to a acceptable response to reconcile this issue. back on a copper connection once it has been switched to fiber
It is the customer’s responsibility to replace the battery backup when necessaryIf the customer requests Cincinnati Bell will replace the battery but the customer will incur a one-time charge of $The replacement battery would carry a day warranty but would be the customer’s responsibility beyond that timeframe

I still don't accept their answer about not prorating their "Unregulated" part of the bill They are making me pay for service in advance, and not crediting me for the time I didnt have their serviceI put a check in the mail to them yesterday for $along with a note that will get the balance over the next months at $25.00/month That's the best I can do.My only income is Social Security and it is only paid monthly
